Good idea to join the challenge smedley. You can WI any day you want and just post it up in bold for shala to pick it up. Then she collects them together ready for a weekly chart (star that she is!).

Thank you, looking forward to the heavy reading in the forum, lets hope I can help someone somehow too.

    Brilliant achievement x

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I just had to stand there and received sash, certificate and SW mug oh and the worst bit ........ had to have my pic taken (hate it) but thankfully I didn't have to say anything (phew). Our consultant knows I hate attention and fuss and was just pleased I went and stood out front :rotfl:

Well done salduck and all other losers :T

Thanks for charts shala. Well done everyone for the brilliant losses. :T

Maman - Our raffle is a quid a go, there is also the SOTW prize which is whatever people bring in. I don't think I'd pay a quid for the raffle if the prize was a basket of fruit

Hello.. just another quick pop in whilst on lunch!

djenks - i thought i'd missed you off, i apologise if you'd already given me your target! I had a quick look for it but ran out of time...

Smedley - will add you on. I have no idea with weight conversions sorry, i'm rubbish with numbers which is quite scarey been as i work in Finance!! :rotfl:

Well done to all the losers (greatest and non greatest :D) you're all brilliant in my book, i can't lose weight for toffee! i'm still at a stand still i reckon this week so that's 4 weeks where i've pretty much stayed the same :(

I need to decide now whether i'm going to have a few days off the wagon due to birthday commitments (my own) and end up STS or whether i'm going to be an :A and stick to plan and end up STS :rotfl: i'm obviously leaning toward the first one!!

:D will try and do a big catch up tonight but have to go and sort my dad's elec bill out - he's had a very large bill (in the thousands ) sent to him that can't possibly be correct so i have to ring up and shout at them apparently... *sigh*

Hope you're all doing well xxx

Smedley - I'd would do the conversion from Kg to lbs - as that will show how many lbs you lose each week! Nobody needs to say how much they actually weigh just how much they have lost (or gained).

    Hope that makes sense!

Feeling very low. Still not able to exercise due to an injury so am sitting around a lot, getting bored and trying not to eat stuff I shouldn't. It am in 5th week of this so am hoping to get back into serious walking and cycling next week.

I am eating little slices of cheese with crackers. That's AFTER a pecan pastry slice.

I have been going to SW and just hanging on I there weight wise.
