Bags still unopened its a 230g bag
Well done on all the weight losses :T:T:T0 -
I was worried I would be called to the front and told it was me and I had to talk about my SW experience.
Turns out there is a woman who never stays to group who has lost 5 stone ish.
But she doesn't stay to group so guess who got called to the front to talk about their SW experience...
 I would have died couldn't have done that .
Well done for getting up :T:T:T0 -
Hiya
All this talk about beetroot makes me realise how unadventurous I am with them. In fact it's not that long since I thought they only came pickled in vinegar!
I've never grown them or bought them unprepared, and I certainly haven't eaten one like an apple (don't they stain your fingers?) I really want to try them roasted and I fancy that beetroot and orange salad.
Well done Crabapple, Maisie, Lauri, and any losers I've missed.
Back tomorrow,

Well done to all the losers. Jocko, at least you know why you gained, sometimes there doesn't seem to be a reason.
Shala, please put me down for -1.5 lbs for the first week of the challenge. Thank you.
Have an early start tomorrow and will have no time for breakfast so looks like it will be fruit to go.0 -
