It was discussed at length on Saturday, the day after it happened. Which is probably about 30 pages back now.

    Oh I read it, lol!

I meant when you go to SW group to weigh in, knowing how funny some of the other members are about your success.

I'm glad it's helped. I'm getting my information from the website. The books are easy to use but they're not comprehensive and they go out of date as manufacturers change recipes.

Where are the HEB branded Foods Online?
I keep looking and looking, it's bound to be right in front of my face.
I can only see the (Syns Online, Snackulator and Syns Calculator)

On the homepage, go to the 'my weightloss tools' at the top then 'latest healthy extras' on the next page. Hope it works.

Meg & TIE, what do you do with your beetroot? I love it but I’m not very imaginative! Roasted beetroot on Sunday was “out there

    See you all later.

I like it with SW fish and chips, cornbeef hash, I like to mix it with apple, Satsuma and Baby Bels for my HE. It goes really well with a roast meal. In fact before I end up writing a book on it lol google Slimming world beetroot, theres loads of ideas.
:rotfl: Did I tell you I like Beetroot.

dinner plans may be changing as we have to go out and collect a few things.

Bf has requested we have our weekly take away tonight as we aren't at rugby training tomorrow and we are doing homemade pizza on Saturday for family/date night. He wants KFC, I'm not feeling too cracking with my face pain as it is but does anyone know anywhere the syn values for KFC might be listed?
I'm looking for the boneless chicken mini fillets 3 each
    regular fries 10.5
snack box (chicken or pop corn chicken)
popcorn chicken 0.5 each Then small 4.5, Reg 9 and Large 16.5
    lunch box
We usually get a boneless banquet and bf has the leftovers the next day but it doesn't really make sense to do that in my opinion!

I am feeling positive-ish about this week - more so than previous weeks. I was also surprised how long my overnight oats kept me feeling full; recently I've been starving by midday but today it was past 1 o'clock before I ate and even then it was only because my manager was eating and it made me realise I needed to eat too!

Good to hear you feeling positive. I've filled in what I can find with syns. Is KFC expensive? I've never tried it.

Thanks for the Finn Crisps info maman - guess which SM I was in this afternoon - yes you got it - Asda. :rotfl: Will have a look in later in the week. The cumin and whatnot ones sound quite nice. Might give them a go - just for a change. :D

Can I ask about roasting beetroot please? Do you just wash it with skin on and spray with frylight and bung it in oven as you would a JP?

Enjoyed Mac n Cheese with salad for tea with an Activia really creamy yoghurt for afters (2 syns). Must remember I have used hea and it is no longer available for supper :rotfl:

I bet I could eat a full bag of Maltezers tweets :p
