Fantastic
I don't use oil to avoid sticking with the Kelkin pasta products
Place pasta in boiling water and stir often, once the water is boiling again it should not clump on the bottom.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Ive been doing it for 4 weeks , but all so far 9lb but well done , Its tough I agree xHi all, iv been doing Slimming World now for the last 4 years. I've had my up's and down's, i've currently lost just over 4st in those last 4 years but it's been hard. I've had days/weeks where my heart was not in the right place, my goals and reasons for slimming have changed. I started off on my slimming journey weighing 19st 11lbs. It was my mum that encouraged my to go to her local group, i was very reluctant to go, i was so worried people would be staring at me, whispering in the background and also a room full of women. I was a shamed of how over weight i had got, once i was at group i was welcomed with open arms everyone was so friendly. Six months later i met my now fiancee at my local group, we now have two beautiful children, Joshua is 2 and Bethany is 6 weeks old. My goal now is to get fit and healthy for my family.Debt £10k , HMRC £3K old debt £4k Jan 2021

Away with work, all you can eat chinese food, since I was blowing it with chinese food, I thought I'd sack off the day, had KFC lunch, 4 snickers and a vanilla slice from Greggs.
I felt pretty sick generally, I guess the rich food was a shock to the system.
Ezza - SW does seem a decent place to meet women, I am married already though but basically there are loads of women and I am the only man!
I had 4 full days in a row of that sort of eating and I still can't get back on it properly!0 -
1lb gain for me please Shala not a good start to the challenge but hey ho at least I know what did it.
Went to the Harvester on Friday and couldn't resist the bread and butter. This set off a craving for the stuff
which I carried on over the weekend.
Oh well back to plan at least 1lb is easier to lose than 1 stone.Slimming World at target0 -
A 1lb is nothing , Ive found having extra jewellery on, thicker clothes can be a 1lb , could even be your body holding on to food a little longer. xx1lb gain for me please Shala not a good start to the challenge but hey ho at least I know what did it.

Hello all, hope everything is going well.
Woke up to 4 inches of snow this morning. There’s a thaw on now, so it’s starting to go. Our 3 grandchildren come to us after school today and they will be so disappointed that it’s too wet to play in.
Every little helps, b_e_g, bellkat and ginvzt:). And that helps even more, jps and fay.:D
Sending hugs, Mildredd.
Meg & TIE, what do you do with your beetroot? I love it but I’m not very imaginative! Roasted beetroot on Sunday was “out there.”
Hi, ezzuk!
Small change to today’s menu – instead of planned scrambled egg & smoked salmon, future DIL gave us a tub of her delicious chunky vegetable soup. It is so veggieful that there was no temptation to have bread with it.
My snack for today so far has been 1 Garibaldi (2 syns). I may need to polish my halo this evening. :A

Many thanks everyone for your advise on my problem, I will do as you say and drink plenty of water., I do normally but I will have extra. The funny thing is, that it starts when I go to bed not when I am downstairs during the day. I will try extra water until Friday and if there is no improvement I will go to the doctors. Thanks to everyone again x0

Thanks TakeItEazy
Shame SW only mention non-gluten free breads in their Healthy Extras section.
Agree that Genius Foods seems to be the best of the bunch, I use Ds Wholesome Seeded Sliced Loaf 300G for take out packed lunch, as it don't fall apart, it's not quite the same texture as Genius, but it's bearable.
Question just to confirm, one slice of all of these can be used as HEB?
1 BFree multigrain wrap
Glutafin bread
Glutafin part baked white roll
Glutafin fibre bread roll
Juvela bread
Genius Foods bread
Thank you
I'd have thought you had access to the same lists as us and it definitely mentions gluten free breads and rolls. Here's the list:
2 slices BFree Soft White from 400g loaf
1 slice Genius Triple Seeded 560g loaf
1 x 75g Dietary Specials roll
1 x 60g Aldi 'has no' roll
1 x BFree multigrain wrap
60g BFree Brown seeded uncut bread
2 x 30g Glutafin Fibre bread
2 slices Dietary Specials White from 400g loaf
1 x 50g white ciabatta roll
2 slices Glutafin white 400g loaf
1 Glutafin fibre bread roll
1.5 slices Glutafin Select white
2 slices of Juvela ready to Refresh0
