Hi, I know this has nothing to do with SW but, I need to ask if anyone has ever had a water infection and if so, how do you clear it up. It's making me feel not very well. Hope none of you mind me asking x
Drink, drink, drink and see your doctor! I think I'm right in saying you are diabetic and therefore you need quicker intervention where infections are concerned. Take a sample of urine with you when you go - oh and if you can't get an apt with the doc, see the nurse, they can often sort you out.0 -

Morning everyone
Reporting a massive 0.5lb loss this week. Not much of a dent in the target for new Challenge.Seems as though I am stuck in a bit of a rut atm. Hopefully the huge yorkie pud with loads of sfs and sausages (LM syn free ones
) I had last night might give the old metabolism a bit of a kicking.
Awarded the Greatest Loser Award last night - embarrassing - hate the attention.
Listen to Matron, wiz and get plenty to drink and an appointment with your dr. You need to look after yourself.
Everything is covered in the white stuff again this morning with more of it still coming down
Have a good day everyone.

Yesterday I felt the need for sweet things but still managed to stay within syns - had a pink n white (2.5); 12g of Magic Stars (3.5); fruit split lolly (3). Other syns were sweet chilli sauce (3); chorizo (1.5).
No idea why I wanted sweet things as generally I hardly ever eat sweets - apart from the occasional fruit split lolly.
Today will be another EE daY:
B - porridge, Mullerlight, banana
L - LO sweet chilli noodles (3) - didn't realise I'd made so many both DH and I had some Sunday and yesterday for lunch! Will be glad to see the back of them after today, LOL!
D - Chicken & mixed bean casserole - cooked in SC
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - porridge
Syns - no idea yet but still have pink n whites and Magic Stars left!
Off shopping later as need to get some more fruit & veg.

Thanks Beanie
Shala, my loss for the first week of the new challenge is 3.5lbs :j
Edit: Wiz, I've suffered a fair bit with water infections. I agree with the others, definitely see your doctor if you are feeling unwell with a water infection. Hope it is cleared up soon for you, it's not nice at all.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I'm dreading weigh in this morning. Since coming off low carb and eating SW again I have found it very difficult to stick to plan. I seem to be constantly craving foods I've not eaten in over a year and shouldn't be eating now! Certainly not in the quantities I want. I'm talking bread mainly.
According to my home scales I will have a gain this week. Then will have to seriously think about whether I should go back to low carb. I did enjoy the SW world foods though, especially having a couple pieces of fruit and unlimited vegetables every day! If I stick with SW I think I'll have to cut the bread out entirely. Even a little bit sets off powerful cravings for me.
I'll report my probable loss when I get back from class later. Thanks for letting me express my feelings. When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Morning!!!! Wizkid, hope you feel better soon!
I woke up with the headache today, took paracetamol a while ago, but it seems not to be helping. hope it gets better soon...
I am reporting a loss for this week - a whole 0.7lb off!
Menu today:
B: overnight oats
L: Risotto with veg and a bit of left over duckPossibly gammon with veg, but really have not decided yet

I haven't eaten bread since joining SW really, think I had a HEB on a bacon sandwich at one point and over Christmas where i forgt SW for a few days I had a slice of bread with fish n chips, I think I like yoghurt and oats or cereal too much. i was sorely tempted as was at my parents and she'd got a Toastie White Warburtons. I don't really miss it and it seems to be quite an easy thing to cut out.
I know I say I'm not looking forward to weigh in a lot and still lose, but I think today it has caught up with me. My scales show 2lb heavier than last week, so I've managed to lose a fair bit from my off plan blowout day.
not only that I went to SW last week having had no tea as it was a taster week, so for the first time ever I weighed less on their scales than on my own. I might get away with a small gain hopefully,
My Consultant has her boss their tonight, will be interesting to see the difference.0
