ahhh, good luck to your Son for next week TakeItEazy. Hope it all works out well for him.

I have spent the last few hours reading the minimins thread. I read the last 10 pages and the first few. They are all really excited aren't they. I used to be a WW leader and I remember when I started my training. Its all really good until the deliveries start arriving to take over your house  I did it for 10 years before I had to give it up due to my full time job. I still have the scales though :D

    Morning everyone :)

Well done on your losses joedenise, mich, sallycinnamon and shala, and on your STS beanie :T

Hugs to lush and hope your antibs are kicking in.

Good luck to your son TIE, hope he finds something permanent rather than being messed around by these agencies all the time :)

Mysterious mildredd! I wasn't on the ttc thread but was on the pregnancy threads, I guess from what you've said before your little one is a similar age to my eldest.

Not sure what I'm doing today for dinner. I've got a load of frozen portions of stuff in the freezer but keep forgetting to label them so I think I'll get one out to thaw and see what we end up with! They're all packed with veg and most are free although I'm pretty sure I put something in there that has quorn sausage in so maybe 1 syn a portion. Depending on what it is it'll probably go with pasta.

Hoping to get out for a walk today but it's harder on days when I'm home with the children. Today though my parents are taking my daughter out for a bit because little man has a check at the health visitors so they were going to sit her but then said they wanted to go out and take her instead. Depending on timings I may be able to put the boy in the buggy and go for a wander :)

    Morning all :)

Reporting in with 1 lb off this week Shala. I was hoping to be in the 1.5 club as a sneaky peak earlier in the week showed the same result but hey-ho, I'm not complaining, it's going in the right direction.

Back in a mo after a catch up.

    Hi again

TIE - good luck to your son, I hope he gets the job and he can cope with working nights.

32b3in2013 - I'd love to know the reason for your nickname! What made you decide to do SW having been a WW consultant?

Shala - well done for achieving your mini target and joining the 1.5 club, have I missed your birthday?

I'm surrounded by Pisceans, my son and DH are both March and we've got a friend's birthday dinner tonight and then another one on Wednesday.

Well done to all the losers and STSrs, get well soon if you're poorly and hugs to anyone that needs one.

I'm a golf widow today, but I have the car (woo woo) so I'll be shopping for birthday cards and presents. What ever you're doing, have a good day.

Tie hope your son gets the job he wants so he is not being mucked about any more.

    Lois enjoy your shopping

congrats to everyone who has lost so far this week, chart will be looking good.

Stuck to the plan well the last couple of days but had a bottle of fizz last night as it was our anniversary and I ended up scoffing a bag of crisps (big one - :o) so will need to be really good for the rest of the week. the annoying thing is that I had made a risotto for tea sw style so totally syns free as I was determined to stick to the plan 100% this week - damn those fizzy bubbles leading me astray (they were my syns by the way lol).

sorry, been away from here for last couple of days. Had Wednesday and Thursday off work this week, hoping to sort out my flea market baby stuff, but my DD is down with the bug (very bad diarrhea and some fever too), and we had DH friend visiting us on Wednesday afternoon until yesterday afternoon, so only got down to sorting the stuff yesterday 4pm... But it is all done now - 172 items all labelled and priced, packed by size, lists printed, all ready to go (it is a presorted children's fleamarket, so I bring my things, they get put in the right places by size, etc. and then I help to sort out elft overs back to sellers and the organisation take 15% cut). This is my first flea market, so I may have priced some items a bit too high, but then I am going to a 'normal' one in 2 weeks time and can take the prices lower on what is not sold.

This clearing up baby things is going quite well - I already sold close to 650 euros on ebay (still need to pay ebay fees from that and ok, pushchair was the most of that), a colleage came over to look at some stuff and took half the house with her (she offered me 250 euros for the stuff, but as we share the office, I decided to make her a discount and take 200...). If all sells at the prices I put on the items for this weekend, it is another 530 euros, but I think I will need to reduce the prices in the end for the next fleamarket - so let ssay it will make 300 or so - that is a total of nealry 1100 euros and I have more things left to sell (like the playpens - and I have 3 of them to get rid off!!!!). Thinking about that - it is just as much as my salary!

I made a pulled pork in slowcooker yesterday again. Not that I had a chance to have a proper dinner, but at close to midnight I did have a little bit. It was really nice. This time I also got the liquid smoke, and the BBQ sauce worked really nice. So that is my dinner tonight! Will make some veg on the side too, but not sure which sort yet!

I got into making overnight oats every evening so far this week, and I am loving them for breakfast. I have to say, I am not a big fan of mixed frozen berries as they seem to be very sour - my favourite so far are cherries (I have 5-8 cherries in the jar of oats).

Congratulations to all the losers - everyone seems to really getting into the plan.

TIE - hope your son gets the permanent job and doesn't have to muck about the agencies any more. My DD1 has been in the same position for the last few years, although luckily only the odd week without any work, most of her jobs have been fairly long term. She finally landed a permanent job about a month ago. It's such a relief to know that she's going to be having money coming in every month without fail.

    Back to EE again today:

    B - weetabix & milk (2.5 syns); banana; grapes
L - ham salad with balsamic dressing
D - HM beef bourgignon (sp?); potatoes

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - weetabix
    Syns - 100ml milk 2.5; weekend wine

As we're away for weekend thought I'd post plans for Sat & Sun:

    Saturday:

    B - SW fry up
L - eating out at an International restaurant (belated birthday meal for DD2) - hoping to keep reasonably low syn
D - either a corned beef sandwich (HEB + 4) or possibly corned beef hash, depending on how we feel

    HEA - milk in tea
    HEB - bread or Ryvita?
Syns - weekend wine, corned beef 4, lunch ?

    Sunday:

    B - SW fry up
    L - ham salad sandwich
    D - roast beef dinner

    HEA milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - not sure yet
