    12lbs for me please Shala

Firmly back on plan today, was at a party last night as well, stuck to diet pepsi but there was hotpot which wasn't too bad. I expect a fairly hefty gain at weigh in on Tuesday but hopefully can have a good go in the next two days to minimse it.

I had a long post, but I’ve screwed it up!

Well done losers and in particular, whiplashy.

Can’t remember what else I wrote, sorry folks. :(

Today has been fine SW wise and the plan went well. I didn’t succumb to the lure of the fly cemetery, you’ll be happy to know. After dinner I had a meringue nest (2.5 syns, I think), raspberries and Total 0% fat Greek yogurt. I also had a Freddo (5 syns) – it was at the till in Hobbycraft and I was unable to resist its cheeky wee face. ;) Together with the onion bread (6 syns) with my lunchtime soup, that’s 13½ for the day. Yes, I know it’s not over yet, but right now I’m full up. I’ll have my hexa mini babybels and grapes at supper time.

    Now tomorrow, hmmm.

Breakfast: WW Greek strawberry yogurt, banana
    Lunch: chicken salad sandwich (hexb)
Dinner: bacon & whatever veg I have frittata, hexa cheese & grapes
Snacks: If I stick to plan, the world is my oyster,as they say – well 15 syns worth of oyster!

Have a good evening. See you all tomorrow.

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 2nd March and finish on the 3rd May - this gives us 9 weeks

Thanks for all you do for the challenges Shala.

Please can I go down for 8lbs and I'll continue to weigh in each Thursday :)

Starting as I mean to go on; I have planned my food for the week and written down what prep, if any, I need to do the night before. My mum was given the GBBO 2015 diary by a colleague and she won't use it so passed it on to me - I usually have my big filofax but I haven't bought a refill for 2015 :/ I have a pocket diary a member gave me at work so I am using this new one as a food diary to meal plan in etc :)

I am currently suffering with jaw/head pain...it's either sinusitis or I'm clenching my jaw in my sleep again. It's agony in my jaw (left side) makes 2/3 of my molars ache like mad and gives me pain in my left temple...nothing is touching it :(

I have decided to stop going to rugby training on Mondays when bf isn't off as the cost in petrol and parking is stupid to spend when I get nothing done whilst there! So...tomorrow I am going to batch cook/prep some decent evening meals for the week and I plan to do the 1/1.5mile round walk in to our little town and back just to see if there's any offers on on laundry detergent and a few other bits we need. Unless its raining like it is now I think the walk will do me and wonder bairn good :) Also in the next week or so we could do with attacking the garden too to clear it back a bit (it's not overrun or anything but just to make it a blank canvas for this year :) )

    Anyhoo...tomorrow:
    Breakfast: omelette
lunch: jacket potato with cheese (from hea) and salad
tea: lasagne, salad and a slice of garlic bread - using jarred sauces (dolmio) so 6syn plus garlic bread at another 6 syn if I feel like it

healthy extras: going to split my A to half milk and half cheese, not sure about B. Maybe a wholemeal roll in the afternoon as bf is home later on because of training.
