    Well done, Pennies and gbatey.

Shala, I hope your dad’s on the mend. You haven’t let anyone down, don’t even consider that notion; you work so hard at keeping us all sorted. I’ll go for 9lbs off (don’t laugh) for the next challenge – never mind that I’ve a wedding and a holiday in there too, lol. Oh just read another post from you saying your Dad is improving – woo hoo, that’s what matters.

Hello again, 32b3. Nice to meet you, candyapple.

    Enjoy your ceilidh, b_e_g.

I had a lovely cup of tea thanks, tweet.

I had a middling day today; considering I spent it at home sheltering from the monsoon, cooking and baking, that’s quite good.
I spent my syns on planned onion & sage bread (6), planned chicken chasseur (1), 2 Garibaldi biscuits (4) and a bit of fly cemetery (?) which I had to sample to ensure no one got poisoned by the out of date dried fruit! I’ll have hexa and hexb in some form for supper, so not as bad as it might have been.

    Sunday’s [STRIKE]Fairy Tale[/STRIKE] Menu
Breakfast: poached eggs on hexb toast, beans
Lunch: butternut squash soup with sage & onion bread (6 syns), fruit
Dinner: roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted beetroot (no idea what they’ll be like but I have heaps of fresh beets to use up), sprouts , fly cemetery (?)
Snacks (hardly any syns left) from: hexa cheese, fruit, ML yogurt

Shala thanks for chart! On Monday 23rd I lost another 3lb which I was amazed by! On the chart it looked like I lost 5lb total but when I add my losses on the chart it is -8.5lb and with this 3lb that makes -11.5lb for the challenge which I feel so happy about as December and early Jan my weight loss seemed to go so slow and not sure what I have done differently for the last few weeks but it has been a lot better.

I have tried the beef SW ready meal and the sausages and both were very good.

Today I went to pizza express and has a pollo de Astra legarro pizza (the one with the salad in the middle). It was lovely but very shocked to find it was 21 syns! Today I have exceeded my syns as had a curly wurly and 2 fruitopolis as well!

I would love to take part in the next challenge and would like to aim for 8lb again!

    Good Luck everyone xxx

I'll aim for 9 pounds for the next challenge please. Going on holiday over Easter so will work hard to have a good loss before that to keep to 9 pounds overall in the 9 weeks.

I'm almost at my first target weight loss of 3 stone and have decided to aim to lose another stone and a half. I went shopping today and was able to try on clothes in Oasis for the first time in many years. I didn't buy any, but it's nice to have the option!
  • Thanks all for the lovely comments. Feel really spurred on to keep on going. For the new challenge i'm aiming low, especially as i've been told I have to have some surgery soon. So Shala i'd like to aim for 5lb for the challenge please. Around 1/2lb a week.

And Shala..... How could you EVER thing you had let people down!! Crazy lady!! Your a star!!

    Morning All :)

I think this fitbug may be sending me a bit crazy. I want to up my step count so I was marching on the spot as soon as I got downstairs this morning. I did stop while I made the coffee :rotfl:

    Morning all

Feeling a bit more back on track today so will menu plan for the next week.

shala glad your dad is feeling a bit better and thanks for the new chart. I would like to put myself down for 10lbs please. I have my anniversary, 2 nights out and the easter school hols to cope with, mmmm maybe it should be 0lbs looking at all that lol.

The fitbits seems to be doing their job if they are making people do extra exercise. It is one thing I really need to get a focus on, well that and controlling my munching!!!!:rotfl:
