Hello to all the new peeps

Thanks for all the good wishes, my dad had an operation y'day, he's fine but the anaesthetic just knocked him a bit sick last night so I stopped over with him just to make sure he was ok. He does have the internet but I was d*mned if I could find the router to turn it on :rotfl: most frustrating thing ever!! I still forgot to ask him where it was this morning!

My nanny nap was a bit longer than 40 winks :o it was lovely though :D and my shower was a veeerryyy long one.. bliss :p

I've caught up and you lot :naughty: I've left for one night and I come back to lists of goodies, pictures of cakes and Mich getting drunk! :rotfl:

Hope you all enjoyed yourselves _party_:T

Off to Sainsburys in a short while to pick up some bits, i'm hoping I can avoid the temptation of doughnuts.. I've hopefully left it so late that they'll be none there!! :D

    Challenge post next...

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 2nd March and finish on the 3rd May - this gives us 9 weeks.

If you wish to join in then please post your target loss for the 9 weeks in red* or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

I will post the weight loss chart each week on a Tuesday showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them :T:D

Any questions please let me know - it doesn't matter which day you get weighed just let me know your loss on that day and i'll add it to the correct week (maybe, if I don't get confused!)

    Thank you...

    * or purple for Beanie, TIE and Tweets ;)

    Belated birthday wishes Tweets x

So sorry I've been missing and missed posting up about the challenge, my dad's been in hospital so I've had a night away from Internet access  back home now, so just going for a nice, hot shower and a quick relax (maybe a nanny nap) and then I'll do a big catch up and post the new challenge x

Sorry for letting you down after I promised I'd post it yesterday! :(

Shala best wishes to your dad, I hope he is recovering well. Thank you so much for doing the charts, it's kept me motivated and the thread's given me so much support even though I don't post much.

I'm raring to go with the new challenge but please don't worry about posting it when you're worn out!

Belated birthday wishes to my fellow slimmer of the week too, Tweets!

Also congrats to CP, glad you're seeing results! Sorry to not comment on more, I can't keep up!

I think I've had a good week and hope for a decent loss to start the new challenge... WI on Monday!

Edit: Just seen that you've posted it... I'm going for another 14lbs for the new challenge please - I'll do it this time!

Might be getting ahead of ourselves a little, but do we have a name for the new challenge? It was something about eggs last year I think (was before I joined SW or this thread).

I suggested Spring into Spring... just a reminder :)

I think you should stick with cafe sin torte which if you're careful with the coffee you have will have no syns!

No syns passed my lips (only black coffee) and no money changed hands - result! :j

Good for you! After reading your post in Spanish I've changed the menu slightly. We're having patatas bravas with the pulled pork tonight instead of chips.:)
