Morning all - happy St David's Day!

Still relaxing in bed at the moment and planning to have brunch late morning - scrambled egg, smoked salmon and toast with watercress. Later we're going out for a roast and we'll be walking there (about a mile each way) so at least the exercise will burn off some of the extra calories.

Having a night in, the first Sunday for several weeks and I've been missing Call the Midwife, which I love.

    Have a good day everyone,

    LL :)

  • Morning everyone!

Shala - best wishes to you & your dad for a speedy recovery

I'd like to go for 12lb again for the next challenge please. I'd love to exceed it again - if I could average a stone every 2 months I'd be very happy, although I'm sure it'll slow right down when I get closer to target. We've just booked a holiday to Crete at the end of July and I would love to be at target by the time we go but not sure how feasible that is. If I lose another 2st 0.5lb I'll be at the very top of my healthy weight range so that's what I'm aiming for as a minimum (initial target is a couple of lbs under that). Still feels like a long way off though!

    Planning an SP day today:

B: porridge with 200ml skimmed milk (HEB, 0.5 HEA) and mixed berries
L: veggie chilli made with quorn mince and lots of veg
    D: Saag chana masala

Will be having quark with peanut hottie for sure (2 syns ) and a dark choc kitkat (5). Not sure about other syns and HEXs yet. Will no doubt have more fruit at some stage too.

Have a good day all x

Morning all. A bit tired and grumpy this end, which is very unlike me. Was out all day yesterday and ended up having scoffing a Pizza Hut when I got in because we were so late. Was this what you meant when you said I needed more syns Maman? :rotfl:

Think I was due my monthly migraine last night but caught it in time, however still had a very disturbed night and am knackered today. Just had a large bread roll with butter for my breakfast (think even I would be pushing it to have it as a HEX!!)

Think I'm going back to bed for nap, so much for my weekend of mixing it up and trying new things!

Good morning everyone :) Ending the challenge with a bang -9 lbs please Shala:D Didn't reach my target but it was probably a little optimistic!

On day 4 of my detox and feeling thrilled. I've got a massive bulge of weight right over my waste which I've never been able to shift even with all my weight loss. In the last 4 days it's literrally halved!

Aiming for 14 lbs in the next challenge Shala And thanks for all your hard work with the chart :T

What a lovely day it is today! Brilliant for drying the washing. Have got one load out on the line and washing a quilted lined coat at the moment as think I've got a good chance to get that dry today. Not got enough washing in the basket to make up another load so won't bother.

Had a good day yesterday and just 12 syns worth of wine!

DH is at work this morning so nice to have been able to get a few bits done without him getting under my feet!

    B - bacon, mushrooms & egg
L - sweet chilli noodles (1.5 syns for sauce)
D - roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower, peas. Splash of gravy.

Have made a synfree fruit roulade this morning so will have some of that for pudding.

    HEA - milk
HEB - 4 dark rye Ryvita
Syns - 1.5 for sweet chilli sauce; 3 syns for Apericubes (soft cheese like dairylea)

Shala thanks for chart! On Monday 23rd I lost another 3lb which I was amazed by! On the chart it looked like I lost 5lb total but when I add my losses on the chart it is -8.5lb and with this 3lb that makes -11.5lb for the challenge which I feel so happy about as December and early Jan my weight loss seemed to go so slow and not sure what I have done differently for the last few weeks but it has been a lot better.

sorry!! don't know what happened there - i'd typed a 5 over the formula!

I actually get it to 12lb loss now and you've exceeded your target and then some! :T:T:j does the extra 0.5lb make up for me getting it wrong :D
