My last WI for the challenge is +.5lb

Not surprising with amount of painkillers and lack of movement, I'm not good with these challenges :o Did go for a (slow) walk with son and dog this morning, was painful but needed. Not sure about work tomorrow though but can't face the Phone call to our head as he is hard work to talk to.
Oh and a painful back doesn't help with usual tummy issues either (sorry TMI)
Anyway for next challenge 5lb please

Off to Aldi for fruit & veg, hubby bought a nutribullet and will be juicing  we shall see :D

Morning all - Happy St David's Day!

Having a night in, the first Sunday for several weeks and I've been missing Call the Midwife, which I love.

    Have a good day everyone,

    LL :)

Thanks lois. It takes me back to dressing in full Welsh costume as a child. Today I'm making do with a red cardi and eating leeks!:)

I enjoy Call the Midwife too, I'll think of you later.

whiplashy is that 9lbs this week???? That's amazing!!:T

I'm feeling really guilty now as I only just got dressed and I've put the washing in the dryer despite the lovely day.:o I must force myself out this afternoon. I have been busy though. Portioned up Bolognese, put on SC of savoury mince and prepped tonight's dinner as well as washing and cleaning kitchen afterwards.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not hungry at the moment, maybe warm up some veg soup
S: lamb shanks braised on leeks, carrots and parsnips with roast potatoes and cauliflower and cabbage
Syns: squirt of syrup, weekend wine.

Thanks :) Yup 9lbs this week. Though I had a 4lb gain last week, and I always find if I behave myself straight after a bit of over indulgence it just falls back off again. And I started the Forever Living Clean 9 detox on Thursday so I was expecting a good loss this week. Still thrilled with myself though:D

    I've been Money Tipped!
DH has moved my books! And too many conflicting results on google! So asking my SW lovers on here! How many syns on average would you say were in dumplings? Not massive ones. The ones about the same size as Aunt Bessies.

Haven't made a dinner tonday, was drained from being back at work yesterday. So i'm making mince and dumplings for tea with chips. SW actifry chips so they are free. Mince less than 5% fat with oxo. Will have a little bit of gravy with it too, but not much.

Ohh also, ferero roches (or however you spell them). How many syns in them? I have some left over from get well gift and thinking I might have 1-2 a day till they are gone. They are my absoloute favourite!

Sorry for picking all your brains. Promise to look for my books tonight!

Today I have had/will be having:

    Breakfast: Shreddies (HEA AND HEB)
Lunch: 4 fish fingers (yep I know, 12.5 syns already, but really fancied them. Plus I find allocating myself a weekly allowence, not daily, really helps me for my binge days)
Tea: Mince and dumplings with SW chips

Bought myself a new notebook today to do some meal planning :rotfl:

    Evening :)

Just back from our roast dinner which was very enjoyable, always nice when someone else has done all the cooking! It was a nice walk too, but I'm feeling a bit tired now so it's feet up and telly for me. We're dog sitting tomorrow so we've got to get up early.

Whiplashy - what a brilliant loss, well done. :j

    Back tomorrow.

Thanks Shala! Very pleased with total of 12lb. Today I am so hungry for some reason so far I have eaten: B - Grapefruit then bacon (2 pieces), a SW sausage, beans, mushroom and sausage. L - Healthy B of cracker bread and 3 laughing cough very light trianges, 2 fruitopolis, strawberries, 2 apples, an orange and then a curly wurly(6 syns)). D - SW roast dinner (chicken, SW roast, cabbage, carrots, broccoli and green beans). I resisted yorkshires but then eat the third of a large one that my daughter left (oops) prob about 6 syns). Lois and Maman I love call the midwife although it makes me cry each week. Tonight I plan to eat frozen raspberries and have black coffee. xx
