Well, this will be my Saturday menu plan......
Breakfast. All bran flakes,A/B blueberries, strawberries.
Lunch. Cheese A on toast 6 Syns Orange banana.
Dinner. B Cottage pie carrots beetroot pickle. Apple.
Supper. 2 Ryvita 3 Syns. 2 chocolate digestive biscuits 6 Syns.
A milk A cheese B cereal B meat in cottage pie.

I did make it out for a walk earlier, about half a mile at toddler pace but carrying the baby who weighs at least a stone and a half (really must get him weighed at some point!). Toddler jumped in all the puddles
My fitbug was saying the walk was aerobic exercise so since I carry him about a lot perhaps I'm more active than I think :rotfl:
Not going to be anywhere near the 10,000 steps a day that they say you should aim for. Welcome donna:wave: I can't give you details (others will I'm sure) but I've not heard good reports about SW on line. Mainly that you don't get a great deal of support for the money. Are you wary of going to a group or are there none near you? I think it's tweets who originally joined online for a while but now does SW on her own. Thanks for the info both. There are groups near me, I'm just not liking the thought of going to one... I basically hate speaking about diets etc with people... it makes me cringe. I don't know why, I have issues.:o
