I'm so glad I came on here today, I was avoiding hearing all about how good everyone has been after I ate so much pizza (with extra cheese!).

I'm feeling so much better about it now :rotfl:

    Enjoy your eclair tweets :D

Dosed up on painkillers and moving gingerly today, taking it easy (see what I did there :rotfl:) and resting up. Still in pain though.

I know, I know. I've just added pickled onions and mushrooms to my egg and chips treat so it's improving but nowhere near a third.:o

But it wasn't the weekend last night!!

I didn't know it was your birthday tweets, must have missed that. Many Happy Returns.:) Enjoy your !clair, it looks much more appetising than a SW ready meal!;)

They had 5% mince in my Aldi today ay £5.98 per kg in 500g packs. That's an even better price than I've been getting in Asda (£6.88). Tomorrow I'm going to do Bolognese for the freezer and maybe either burgers or savoury mince.

Welcome donna:wave: I can't give you details (others will I'm sure) but I've not heard good reports about SW on line. Mainly that you don't get a great deal of support for the money. Are you wary of going to a group or are there none near you? I think it's tweets who originally joined online for a while but now does SW on her own. Unfortunately she's busy at the moment stuffing her face with a chocolate !clair but she'll be around soon.:rotfl:

Yes I joined online for 3 months and apart from getting healthy eating guide and buying food directory thought it was a waste of money. I am now doing it alone and have gone from obese to normal weight in 33 weeks :T:T:T

Still got a few lbs to lose to get to goal I have set myself. ;)

Éclair is a pre packed one from Asda going to have it later. Will end up eating three quarters you know who will have the other quarter or she will sit sulking :rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes :T:T:T
  • Tweets Happy Birthday! hope you've had a lovely day!!

I know you'll all be delighted to hear that the six mini rolls are no longer hanging over my head. Just don't ask me where they've gone!!!! I don't even feel guilty!!

Exam went ok so planning to get the cobwebs blown away with a couple of long walks this weekend, plus the gym. Try and undo some of the damage of this week. Doesn't look like I'll be getting any shiny stickers any time soon so trying to get myself a body magic one :rotfl:

  • Happy birthday tweets - hope you had a lovely day. That eclair looks lush nom nom. My friend has had a baking session with her 3 yr old gd and paid me a visit with some of the cakes. They know I am not keen on buttercream so I got one with jam only inside - but they picked the biggest to fill with jam  At blood donor session I succumbed to a minty club biscuit too but was told that didn't count by the nurse as she said I was being good by donating - tell that to the SW scales on Monday night :rotfl:

Great that you are keeping your SW history lantanna but I think you are doing the right thing by letting them know how you feel from the outset. You mentioned cocktails at the weekend and all I can think of now is a lovely mojito - thanks :p:rotfl: oh and tweets eclair. :D

Tea tonight was gorgeous - Salmon (chilled from Aldi with chilli, lime and ginger 0 syns), half a plate of roasted veggies and some little diced roast potatoes (like M&S parmentier (sp)) only SW friendly and it was lovely followed by the cake I mentioned above.

    Welcome to our newbies :hello:

Fancy a little run out tomorrow to Matalan - not really to spend much but wouldn't mind having a trying on session - am I sad?

Will pop back in tomorrow as I am getting ready now to call into see Mum and then we are off to s-i-l's.
