Hope it's ok to share a bit of a moan....I'm struggling to have a good day :( I've already had two white rolls (with lean bacon, for breakfast), too much butter to mention on them, and a bag of squares.

I then had home-made mushroom soup, two scan bran with light soft cheese, 4 eggs and 4 tbsp. of light mayonnaise, then a free food dinner of mince stew with brown rice.

I'm hungry, but got on the scales to remind myself why I should resist eating more... and my scales have gone up more than half a stone this week

I'm not sure why I thought I would get away with eating stupidly for a second week, but thought I'd pull it back now, and maybe limit the damage a bit before Monday's weigh in at sw.

But I'm so hungry and feel miserable! I'm going to get some fruit and see if that makes me feel a bit better.

BTW Daisy you are welcome, sort of. You're making me nervous though as you look very young and mischievous so I'm anxious that I'm gonna be chased, played with or even eaten. If you can behave with dignity and respect for all little creatures on the thread, like me and shala as Mich does, then you may stay. But I'm watching you!

frogga, Green is still on the website so no problem keeping going with it. It might be worth taking note of the changes to the S (Speed food, formerly SF) and focusing more on those than the fruits on the 'old' list. And filling yourself up on the P (Protein) foods like your famous beans rather than too many potatoes/rice/pasta. So (for veggies) they're saying roughly that a meal of veg & pulses is better than the same meal with potatoes. HEXs as normal I think but I haven't checked amounts.

    /QUOTE]

OH Bless little green friend so pleased to see you back, just keep doing what you know has worked for you and don't worry aout the changes.

Hmm Thank you Maman. I find it worrying when they change things? I'm so used to doing what I'm doing. I know it works too, but I may think about not having the wm roll for breakfast with my beans eggs and mushrooms then? Oh no, that's my HEB? So it's the carbs that were Free like pots and pasta and rice? OK, so no potato with my tea? Just he chilli and the veg? I think I could get my head around that little change?

It's all a bit much for a fat little frog xxx

PS can someone enlighten me on how to do cauliflower rice please. Do you put it through a potato ricer? I would maybe give it a go but I cannot see DH and DS overly enamoured with it :rotfl:

I just cut it up small and mash it a bit - seems to work fine for me. I actually really like cauliflower rice, must do some this week.

Feeling slightly better after an apple. Determined to not give in to the desire to jump off the wagon tonight. Must... not... eat... junk... must... not... eat... junk...
