These are the red onion ones, they're syn free.. I don't buy the normal ones, sorry should have been more specific!

Oh thanks. When I looked on mysupermarket they were still £2 at Sainsbury's. I'll have a look when I go to the store.

tweets, of course you can join the challenge after you get to target if you want. I have done with STS or sometimes to drop a few pounds after a holiday or some other scenic deviation!!

Contrary to popular opinion, food after WI isn't syn free!!:rotfl:Hopefully you've got something SW friendly to eat when you get home.

Hi - could I please join you for the next challenge? I joined SW a bit before Christmas and have lost 1 stone 2lb. I'm really pleased about it but I occasionally drop off the plan.

I'm on holiday this week, so I'm going to be keeping a food diary so that I don't think that I can overeat and catch up next week.

Next weigh-in 4th March (I can't get to any sessions within 30 miles this week). Aim to lose 2lb by then.

Welcome, that's good going for a couple of months. Do keep posting and maybe join our next challenge which starts in March.

lantanna, sorry to hear you had such a bad night. Not a good start to the working week:mad:. Like you I find it hard to stick strictly to plan compared to when I was getting to target. I think that's why I hovered near the top of my range for a big part of last year. I think the size 8 dress helped!! How many weeks/pounds until you get fitted for the bridesmaid's dress?

DH has another meeting early this evening so we'll be having our main meal early. I'll call it lunch and then have a snack later if I need one.

    EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: savoury mince, cauli, broccoli, new potatoes and carrots
Snack: fruit or a JP if starving!
    Syns: squirt of syrup

  • Nearly said 'Good Morning' then and I have just looked at the clock so I will say 'Good Afternoon' to you all.

Have read posts over the last couple of days but not had chance to comment.

Welcome to our newbies :hello: - you can be sure of loads of support and motivation here. Good luck.

Well done to all our losers :T Hang on in there to stsers and gainers - it will be your turn next.

Congratulations jock on that amazing walk - well done you :T. My sort of planned two mile walk with friend over the weekend didn't happen - I was busy and friend was poorly :(

I'm in your club TIE re the prunes - no affect whatsoever :(
Even less chance of them working now that they have snitched 15g from the heb. My DH daren't even touch the pack without have to run for it :rotfl:

Well done tweets on getting so close to target. I daren't think how far off that is for me atm. I think that is when the trouble will start when we have to try and maintain. Well done you. You will be able to :p at your colleagues soon :rotfl:

Got wi tonight. Is this the last wi for the current challenge shala? Was hoping next mondays wi might count too :p. Have probably failed miserably in this challenge. :(

Had a half decent result with fleabay over weekend - getting a bit of space back in the wardrobe and a few pennies in the pot.

Catch up with you all later

Haven't read all the posts are there have been loads while I've been away, but have read some.

Well done Jock on your walk; I'm sure you'll be OK at WI this week.

    Welcome newbies.

Caterina - love my motorhome and getting away in it but unfortunately I'm not very techy and have no idea how to post photos!

As usual went over on syns at the weekend but still have around 10 a day left until WI on Thursday morning.

Have a Green day and an SP day planned this week (if they happen!) but today will be EE:

B - porridge, Mullerlight banana & custard; banana
L - mushroom omlette, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, beetroot & cornichons with FF vinegarette dressing
D - LO roast beef, boiled new potatoes, baked beans

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

Not decided on syns yet but will have some this evening.

I know there isn't much S food at breakfast or dinner but hopefully the huge salad at lunchtime will make up for it!

big hugs lantanna - have a sneaky nanna nap in the loos this afternoon :rotfl:

BEG - yup last week for the challenge - I think you weigh on the first day thats why it must seem a bit odd!

Shala I had a STS which I was a bit sad about as I had made more of an effort this week. I guess I will just have to keep trying.
I'm sure if you keep plodding on you'll have a good weigh in next time, i think it takes a while for our bodies to catch up.. :D

I've just double checked and they've took the offer off the red onion ones  sorry for the mis-information - they were definitely £1 when i bought them though!

I don't know what you mean ;) i'm sure it's in the book somewhere!

A red day for me today
    B - banana, quark, philly choc (2)
    L - cheeseburger salad (classy i am :D)
T - roasted BNS, veg, chicken and bacon
    S - crisps (4.5), milk/cheese (hea)

So i haven't worked my day out very well as i have 2 HEB's and a HEA left  i wasn't sure what we were having for tea though so i just worked my day as a freebie food day..

Will have a couple of ryvita and philly choc later i think - that'll be 1 HEB :j maybe an alpen for the other!

Dammit I was hoping we still had another week to go :rotfl: Oh well will report result back in late tonight.

I was hoping for a bit of that 'food that doesn't count after wi' tonight - will have to have a think what to have. DH has suggested tonights meal, after wi probably about 9pm will be salmon fishcakes, SW chips and peas (would like some steepy peas but not keen on quick soak and haven't got time for the proper ones). Seeing as that lot will be syn free I will have to ponder what else I can have. DH got some of the half price american choc chip cookies from Lidl at the weekend - they are quite nice and not too heavy on syns - I wonder how I know how nice they are?:o :rotfl:

Just had leek and potato soup with bits of bacon for lunch and have made some overnight oats which I will have over a couple of servings till I get back from wi tonight.

Hope you are all having a good day.

Just an outfit for the wedding I've to get Maman, no bridesmaid duties for me this time : ) Wedding is in first week of April so will need to buy something next month. Still plenty of time to shed half a stone, fingers crossed!

I think that you just get happy and complacent at certain weights and there is no real rush to get to the end because you are happy with yourself as such give or take a few lbs.
