    Hellooo :)
Sorry for being AWOL. Have become very disillusioned and have been off plan for quite a long time. Have also been really unwell with a chest infection so not able to go to the gym. However I've had the kick up the behind I badly needed after realising my Lipsy tracksuits would have to go to a better home as I'm not going to be that small size 14 again :( also it's about twelve weeks until my awards ball and I need to be thinking about making an impression on someone ;) fed up of my clothes not fitting- I want my size 16 skinny jeans back!!!should have WI'd tonight but had to go to Nottingham today so I'm going to my consultant's other group on Wednesday. Weighed myself this morning and it was horrific but if I can manage to get shot of 2lb between now and Wednesday I will hopefully STS. Going to the gym tomorrow and done loads of walking today so hopefully that will have helped :)
    Today's menu plan:
B: HEXB Weetabix, HEXA milk, banana, NAS flavoured water
L: Egg and potato salad, melon chunks, raspberry jelly (1.5 syns) bag of Quavers (5.5 syns) water
T: SW ready meal (salmon pasta probably) mango chunks, grapes, 0%Activia
S: MugShot, Quorn sage and onion slices, gherkins
    Syns: 7
    Body magic: lots of walking!
Being a pesceterian, I've been a bit limited with the SW ready meals. I'm loving the hot smoked salmon farfalle but wasnt at all impressed with the sweet potato curry. I've also got the roasted veggie pasta to try which I think I will have on Thursday.
    Hope everyone's ok xx

Good to see you MrsR and I'm glad you've got your mojo back. It would be dreadful to see all those lovely clothes go to waste.

Good time to re-join for you minihauk. Good to have you back on board.

I'm glad you said the sauce made it tweets as so far all the meals have looked very runny. I think I might try the recipe though as I like all the ingredients and it would make a change from my usual chicken casserole recipe which has a few syns for cornflour.

Just noticed a woman from my group who lost 11stone is featured on the website. Interestingly she doesn't mention our consultant!

P.S. I'd welcome an idiot's guide to posting photos if anyone has the time but remember I'm a complete novice. I have a phone and a digital camera but don't really know anything about downloading (or is it uploading:o).

The sweet potato curry wasn't runny that would have been more flavoursome if it had had a bit sauce not a lot but a bit :D

Maman, if you have an iPhone then you can download the photobucket app and take photos with it, they automatically upload to the Internet so you can then just copy over the url to this site..

You just have to register with photobucket.com.

Maman register with photobucket, take your photo with your digital camera and put it on the computer, then go into photobucket and it gives you the option to browse your photo/picture and upload it, theres another step then to get it to here but will have to look that up again.

Take your photo and get it on your computer and we can take it from there lol. Less of the idiots guide its just cos we don't know.

Another one reporting in who has been AWOL. I have been out of action for a month due to an injury and have been unable to do my daily brisk walks. Missed SW one week but weighed in on the other weeks and have regained 2 lbs which was to be expected as I've done no exercise.

I am annoyed with myself because in the New Year I imagined I might have shed quite a bit in the first couple of months but it's not happened. I promised myself a shopping trip for new Spring clothes at Easter but it's not looking good. :(

well done to all the good people on here.:T

Welcome back MrsR and minihauk and pennylane :)

Good day at work with eating. Not so much with actual work as the computers were down most of the day and it's suprising how little you can get done without one these days :rotfl:

I've ordered myself a fit tracker thing so that I can start to log steps and see how I'm doing. I do so little exercise that I really do need to start getting on top of that. Thinking of doing some walking but it will be interesting to see how immobile I actually am at the moment :o.

I'm both looking forward to and scared of WI tomorrow! Not weighing myself multiple times daily means I have no idea how I'm doing and I so so want to get 2lb off - it's been a long while since I've had a loss that big :(

    Evening all

Did check in and catch up this morning but didn't have time to post. The dinner and dance went really well, I had asparagus soup to start and managed to resist eating the bread roll with it. Main course was steak with roast potatoes and vegetables, and I only had one potato. Dessert was strawberries, so all in all quite SW friendly, just had to count wine syns.

Welcome back MrsR, minihauk, pennylane and jpscloud and welcome to summerlady. :)

Contrary to popular opinion, food after WI isn't syn free!!:rotfl:

You would have thought it was amongst the members of the group I used to attend! Most of the members went straight from work so hadn't eaten, and as there was a fish and chip shop and a pizza shop that shared the same car park, I frequently spotted group members queuing up in them after class...

Woke up this morning, got ready for the work, but was feeling worse by the minute, so decided to stay home and it is getting worse and worse... Well, have to be in the office tomorrow, so hope it gets a bit better...

Oh dear, there's a lot of lurgy about - hope you feel better very soon.

    Back tomorrow.
