Glad you had a wonderful time, Whiplashy.

    Hello, arroli.

Well done, jock, I’m very impressed with your achievements – both the walk and the food retraint.

Maman, sorry your team lost today – couple of interesting moments, but what a goal from Coutinho! Our lot won yesterday, so I’m happy.

Not had a bad day, but hoping for STS tomorrow.

    Monday’s Plan
Breakfast: hexb 35g Dorset Simply Delicious Muesli, sliced apple
Lunch: baked potato with baked beans & hexa cheese, mixed salad
Dinner: tomato & mixed pepper pasta, WW dessert yogurt
    Snacks: to be decided

    Good luck, everyone.

Evening all. Well done on your walk jock, and welcome arroli.

I've eaten lots of veg today :D Yesterday was definitely an unusual day. Had veg with my sunday dinner, the main of which was a stuffed pepper, and then finally made the cottage pie I've been thinking about and that was full of veggies as well.

Got my food sorted for tomorrow at work, including some carrot and cucumber sticks. I drink loads of water at work, and aside from visiting costa on my way into the office I don't drink tea or coffee during the day so I think 3 days like that will help!

It's two days at work then WI Tuesday night so going to be good :)

Shala I had a STS which I was a bit sad about as I had made more of an effort this week. I guess I will just have to keep trying.
