Well back from the walk, 24 miles in 8.5 hours. Really muddy and it started snowing, was really thick on the moors and rained all afternoon.
Fortunately the food en-route wasn't that great, basically a few biscuits and some cake, I ate a few small bits of flapjack and had more tea than my HEA, but no big deal, it could have been a lot worse. The food at the end was a corned beef hash, so not too bad, I've probably overdone it by about 15 syns so quite happy.
Hope I can do ok at weigh in this week, I think it gave me too much on my early weigh in last week, 3.5 off, normally get about 2, so a STS would be great and average out at about right.0 -
Felt really hungry today, don't know why, its the first time in ages I've felt so hungry. Anyway binged out on a large bag of sweet & salty popcorn. Hopefully the damage isn't too bad. I'm so disheartened at how slowly this Christmas weight is shifting. Lesson learnt I won't be making the same mistake again.Weight loss 0/2st

Jock - glad you're back from your walk safe and sound. I'm sure the calories you burnt would see off the flapjack!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
LoisLane that made me laugh out loud! It's just a nickname that we gave it years ago and it's stuck but I never thought about the fact that you guys probably wouldn't know what it was!!! Still laughing now at the binge-ers...I could probably do with going for that too :rotfl:
Maman that's sort of what I planned to do but ended up having 65g of prunes instead...wow. TMI but I don't feel bloated any more, I think I might have that as my HEXB more often!!!!!
I still dont know what bingers is
I have been eating 65g prunes for my HE for some time now and it has no effect and I still have tummy issues at the weekendHubby has eaten them too and had same effect as you. Why doesnt it work for me? Then I could come off my meds, which dont work that well either. Off to finish my HE now
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Course you can join in.. I think our target members just have their target set as 0 and try to maintain that throughout the challenge..
