Hello all, just a quick post from me. Firstly well done to all you losers out there!

I'm just back from weigh in, gained 2.5lb :( I had an epic loss last week with being ill, and I knew I would be very lucky to get a maintain this week but I don't feel like I deserved that. Absolutely gutted.

Daisy please don't be gutted I understand how you are feeling.

Christmas week I came down with the bug Christmas eve I have never felt that ill since I don't know when. Weighed Christmas day normal time 3pm and I had lost 4 and half lbs . I was good the week after following SW and weighed New years day and I had put on 2 and half lbs and I was :( week after I STS and was even more :( but week after was :D I lost 3 lbs. So try not to be gutted it happens to us all and will come off. HTH

What's that shala - 65g for heb - it was 80g for heb in the olden days (before they the started with EESP). So I have been overdoing it by 15g  :rotfl: Wish they would bloomin well leave things alone.

on behalf of SW I apologise :rotfl: ;)

ermm I can't imagine the "recipe" has changed that much for a dried prune so i'd carry on with your 80g... isn't it just a plum dried - maybe we're missing something *confused*
It's me again - forgot to say I have just 'discovered' Linda McCartneys Rosemary and Red Onion Sausages - wow - they are lovely and syn free :j:j:j

They're quite a new discovery for me too and now I have them every week!! obsessed, moi?

I never liked Quorn sausages so these are like a revelation :T

I'm having them for lunch tomorrow in a egg tortilla type thing instead of potato... nom nom nom!

  • Shala my 4lb gain isn't on the list (tho i'm still on) It wasa STS first blank week, 4lb gain second blank week ..... Not that I wanna remind myself of this but it makes me face reality!

Going swimming tomorrow. Need to do some exercise, and swimming is gonna be the best for my condition at the moment. Also need to stop the junk eating ASAP. No chocolate left in the house. Gonna try and give it up for lent from tomorrow. Was torn between chocolate or pizza.

Off to bed to re-read my SW books and get my head back in the game.

    Hope everyone is ok.

    Good morning,

Back from Yorkshire and feeling fatter than ever, are LOADS of all the wrong things, unsurprisingly. Gave my farewell to cakes in grand style, at Betty's in York!

Found a 9:30 am meeting so will be back later with the bad news. Feeling very worried.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

It's new credit card month today so might get a few to stock up on for the freezer. Then again I might not bother, I'm really not sure I can see the point of them to be honest. Would vaguely be interested in the sausages but may as well pay £2 for the 1syn ones from Sainsbury's.

Might get a couple of the pasta ones in as a backup.

I don't really know why I did this but I came back from an early weigh in and ordered a Papa John's pizza. Thought I deserved a treat for doing so well, my birthday and so on. It wasn't even that nice and made me feel sick and bloated all day long. Wish I hadn't bothered.

I can probably pull it back by the next weigh in, but for some reason the scales in a morning are a lot kinder, it's not just weighing less in the morning session, I weighed myself and it took 3lbs off, normally it takes 1.5lb off. Maybe the scales get more compressed as the day goes on.

Good morning... Feeling tired and not very motivated. But, as of today it is bye bye to bread and cakes (apart from a few rolls I have left at home and mini muffins I will feed to kids).

Spent half a day yesterday sorting out old children things to take to the flea market - I can't believe all the stuff we still have!!!! They are nearly 3 year old, but we still have their playmats and cot mobiles and plenty of other toys from the first days. Considering we moved abroad when they were 5 months old, it is amazing some of this stuff has actually survived (and I am sure some has not been out of the boxes since we moved here!). Still need to sort out all the clothes and the pushchair, so far just the 'other bits and shoes got price tags and once over.

I have a pregnant colleague coming over to look at some stuff later this week, so maybe she will take some bits. Still so much to do! Just hope I haven't messed up something and I will be having a stall next Saturday.

    Menu:
B: left over breadroll with sausage and cheese, coffee
L: Salad with cucumber, pepper, cheese and eggs
D: Port stew all only from the list of S and P foods (well, at least according to OH)

I know the bread is on and a bit too much cheese for today, but it just needed finishing. Will get some fruit at work if there is anything left for snacking in between.
