Green is very simple if you're vegetarian, it just means that you get an extra healthy A and B choice each day. If not, then I would stick to Extra Easy.

I've switched back to Green and found my weight loss was better, as I had fewer syns because I was snacking on the extra healthy choices instead. Cheese triangles and alpen light bars are definitely healthier than cake!

    Afternoon :)

Still lurgified and its quiz night which can get very loud, I'm not sure my head can stand it!

Well done Jocko :T - you're still getting great losses, how much more do you want to lose? Have you decided on a maintenance strategy, because the problem might be continuing to lose weight when you want to stop, rather than putting it back on again.

CP - sorry to hear you're still poorly, hope things improve for you soon.

I can't remember who it was, but someone here said they were tall like me, was it you Shala, or maybe maman? Anyway, ever since I clicked on the link for Tweets jumper on M and Co their ads have been appearing everywhere and a dress caught my eye so I clicked on it for a closer look. Dresses aren't normally something I buy as the fit isn't usually right but the 2 reviews this one has both say it's made for a tall person, so I might be tempted to treat myself for the summer.

I'll post a link to it in a tic, I'm on the iPad and I still haven't worked out how to copy and paste. :D

Hi, I have tried overnght oats but I am not sure if I have done them correctly...:D

Layer oats fruit and yoghurt and fill to the top of dish. Place in the fridge overnight. With the dish covered. :D

The oats were raw, do you not cook them at all.

Can someone tell me if I did it right or not.:cool:

    Hi

the oats yes raw but put them in layers, I find frozen fruit is the best, raspberries by far from Iceland £1.50 per bag yoghurt , oats fruit like this x then mix in morning also a lid helps on the jar your using. I used a soup £1 flask

Jock - we always make up some SW BBQ sauce to go with the pulled pork - i don't like to use the "juices" out the slow cooker anyway as they're a bit greasy!

Just found out we should be going out for lunch on Thursday - really don't know whether to go or not.. i weigh in at 7 on the same night so don't want to mess up my weigh in - it'll be a gain but i don't want a massive gain IYKWIM.. and i don't like socialising :rotfl:

I can certainly recommend the Tesco pulled pork. It's actually this one
    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=pork%20in%20barbecue%20sauce

It serves two greedy people with chips and veg or a friend serves three using a HEB roll. Maybe not the most economical way but an easy standby for the freezer and it's syn free.

I found I got a bit anti-social when I was getting to target shala. I tried having on plan meals which was OK in a steak place but one day I was on a day out up in London and ended up with a very boring omelette and tired salad for dinner. I decided then and there to go for occasional off plan meals instead. It's easier when you're close to target because no one is going to gain several stone overnight it just messes up one WI the you MUST draw that line and get back to healthy eating. To me it's all about being in control.
    3.5lbs off for me please

Really pleased with that, I'm down to 13st 1lb and got myself a 3.5 stone sticker.

Ooooh next week you'll be seeing 12 on the scales!
:T to jock and all losers.:)

That's a very summery dress lois, can't do any harm to try it on. I'm 5ft 9 and I know what you mean about dresses. For me, the waist is often far too high as I have a long body.

I carried on losing after I hit target. I think I could naturally be half a stone lighter but I don't want a scraggy neck so I'm sticking to where I am. I'm afraid my maintenance plan is all about lurching from one off plan meal to another so not to be recommended.:o

    Sorry you're still feeling poorly.

No pancakes here today. It's been a glorious day, really warm and sunny. DH and I went out to see snowdrops and stopped in NT caf!. I was angelic as DH had a huge cookie and I only ate one leaf off the NT logo with my coffee. I'm glad he didn't go for some of the yummy looking HM cakes as they'd have been harder to resist.

    My EE menu for today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
L: ham, fried veg and pickles
    D: gammon, egg and chips
    Syns: scrape of spread

A bi short on SFs. I might have a few mushrooms with dinner and then snack on an apple.

Not going to WI this week as it's half term and it's always disastrous. It'll give me more time to get over wedding buffet. Oh and I might be forced to have my own little celebration for Chinese New Year! Mmmm, spring rolls and seaweed.

    Hi everyone,

It's a 2lbs loss for me this week, please Shala. I'm really pleased with this as I wasn't too well last week. I hope others who have been poorly feel better soon. :) I have just 1lb to lose now for my 2 stone shiny. I'd love to get it next week, but as it's half term this week I have a few days out planned with DGD's this week, which included fish and chips for lunch today!!

I'll try to stay on plan for other meals, and hope for the best. :)

Well done all losers and everyone else.
