  • Hello all, just a quick post from me. Firstly well done to all you losers out there!

I'm just back from weigh in, gained 2.5lb :( I had an epic loss last week with being ill, and I knew I would be very lucky to get a maintain this week but I don't feel like I deserved that. Absolutely gutted.

What's that shala - 65g for heb - it was 80g for heb in the olden days (before they the started with EESP). So I have been overdoing it by 15g  :rotfl: Wish they would bloomin well leave things alone.

Thanks for all your hard work in sorting chart for us shala :T

    Congrats lush on SOTW :T:j:T:j

Well done to latest losers and shiney receivers :T:j:T

Stsers and gainers - it will be your turn next week ;)

Wiz - re the overnight oats - I use the bags of frozen berries from Lidl and they are luverly (big and juicy) and are about £2.20 a bag. Just layer all the ingredients up (I just bung the frozen fruit in) and as it melts the juices sink through. I won a lovely kilner jar in class the other week and it is fab for doing these oats. I usually have mine for supper as I am not very fond of brekkies. Oh and I have mine cold too. :)
