That's really helpful, thank you maman. So in that case I can allow myself 105g of halloumi as healthy extras, 6 syns for turkey (it wasn't very much) and then 3 for my light mayo. And then I'm tired and terrible at maths so 3 syns for the extra 10g of halloumi just to be safe. I didn't mind using all my syns today because I'd been looking forward to it all day, and now it looks like I didn't use as many as I was expecting!
I won't be doing a green day for a couple of days (I want to properly peruse the booklet when I'm not half asleep and I've got chicken I need to use up ha!) but when I do I'll be sure to post my menu the night before so you can point out any slips. Is it really sad that I've got really excited about the thought of so many healthy extras of cheese? :rotfl:0 -
I can see why they got rid of green days, seems awfully complicated.
Going to go to weigh in this morning, thing I've done alright this week and lost a couple of pounds.0 -
Good morning! Happy pancake day! Who is making syn-free pancakes today?
I decided to give up bread from tomorrow until Easter. I know that every time I give up wheat for a few weeks, I feel a million times better, but I love bread! I know I won't be completely free, as kids love pasta, and I will let myself have bread once a week or Finn crisp slices as part of HeB.
So, today is off plan for me as I am going to eat all the bread I want, we will have pancakes and probably sausages and chips at the carneval party...
And as for weigh-in, it is STS for this morning.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Quick hello to everyone.
hugs to tie and CP.
Congratulations on the losses and well done to those getting new shiney's. Good luck for next week for anyone who has STS or gained.
Maman and Durham glad you both enjoyed your events. I am sure you both looked great.
Not looking forward to weigh in tonight as it has been our half term so 4 days off and valentines in the middle so not a good long weekend for me!! Although I was good yesterday and tried making the burger in the bowl which was very tasty and quick to make.0 -
Jeezz big catch up this morning
Mich - will be definitely trying the tagine once i've been to the butchers!
Jock - we always make up some SW BBQ sauce to go with the pulled pork - i don't like to use the "juices" out the slow cooker anyway as they're a bit greasy!

Just found out we should be going out for lunch on Thursday - really don't know whether to go or not.. i weigh in at 7 on the same night so don't want to mess up my weigh in - it'll be a gain but i don't want a massive gain IYKWIM.. and i don't like socialising :rotfl:
Menu for today - old EE
B - baked oats (heb), yogurt, banana
L - potato skins, salad, pickles
T - fish (10-13ish ) chips, salad, pickles
S - milk (hea) crisps(4)
using the fish up as i'm sick of seeing it in the freezer so it's a lot of syns, it's one of the battered fish shop type ones although i've lost the box so i have no idea who made it. I've took an average of the syns i've found...Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Morning,
I'm going off sweets for lent and chocolate is staying at once a week, crisps and bread are joining that. I nearly have another Chocolate week completed already!!
Sweets aren't something I normally eat that much off but as I'm doing Chocolate once a week only I can see the sweets could become a problem. So that's my plan.
Was on plan all day yesterday, doubtful I'll redeem myself by Thursday after the weekend.
Plan today is
WW Yogurt & Oats
Chicken Salad
Pancakes with butter, lemon, sugar & fruit
It is pancake day and I'm not even thinking of the syns and after the weekend there is really no point. Damage limitation until Thursday where possible and then start afresh!0 -
Good Morning
Hugs to tie and CP (((X)))0 -
3.5lbs off for me please
Really pleased with that, I'm down to 13st 1lb and got myself a 3.5 stone sticker.
I wore jeans, etc. to bring my weight up as it was the morning, I wore my smallest ones 34 waist but not a belt to save the weight, and they are falling down.
