We could have a virtual party! Just let us know the day MegJust back from the wedding. We had a great time and it wasn't 100% off plan. Meal yesterday and today's breakfast were fine. I mostly drank gin and slimline so that's good. Last night's buffet definitely wasn't SW friendly! BUT I did loads of dancing so pleased with that.
mim, you've made massive progress so just keep plodding away. It's really worth it.I know I looked good yesterday, however smug it sounds to say it.
I'm feeling tired now so going to rest up today, draw that line and get back on plan. Savoury mince from the freezer for dinner I think. I love the stuff.
Not smug at all Maman, glad you enjoyed yourself. I had a great time too. I really enjoyed wearing the dress and felt pretty in it. It was just the photos I was disappointed in. Can't wait to look good in them too. Been resting yesterday and today, can't believe how tired I am.Weight loss 0/2st

Hello all, sorry haven't been able to read back yet, but hope everyone is doing well.
Reporting a 4lb loss this week, and my 1 stone award :j
I feel a bit of a fraud because I didn't think I'd had a brilliant week, to be honest, but I'll take it!
This week will be harder because of being on half term, so hoping for 1lb off or STS next Monday.
Edit: just wanted to add my kindest thoughts for you TIE.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Hiya
Sorry, not been around much, I've got the lurgy. Still got the headache from hell that started on Saturday and now a sore throat to go with it.
Had a quick skim through the posts and just want to send a virtual hug to TIE.
Back soon feeling better I hope.

Thinking of you, TIE.
Well done, jps.
Epic fail today. Ate a bag of cheesy puffs while waiting for DGS at his drama class (he didn't want them - more will power than me and he's just 6) Had lots of white toast & butter with my mac 'n'cheese and beetroot and tomatoes. And DD brought me a big slice of strawberry gateau to cheer me up. Still feeling lousy
Trying again on Tuesday.
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water
Lunch: hm tomato soup, other tired pear (today's was actually very tasty!)
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese, hexb (garlic) bread
