  • Saw a fab looking nutella cheesecake on facebook, one to avoid I think. Both for the syns per slice and how I could probably eat the lot.

I'm off work tomorrow, can't decide whether to go to group early or not, I can get up, not eat and drink anything and get a good weight loss but then what is the point really? I'd just struggle the following week.

    Good Morning :)

Thank you hstsocem before Poppy I had a Jack Russell called Lucy she came from a lady in Carlisle who breed them had her from when she could leave spud and chip her mummy and daddy. When Lucy was about 2 Chloe appeared an Irish Terrier she was 18 months old and had had a very bad upbringing until I had her. I lost Lucy first age 13 :A then Chloe when she was 13 :A 2 weeks after Chloe ,Poppy came into my life I was devastated when I lost Chloe and if I hadn't found Poppy I would have had a breakdown or gone daft lol.

Good Losses appearing well done :)

I thought Poppy was a Jack Russell from the shape of her head, is she a cross?

Will have to be careful today as on emotional rollercoaster again, today is anniversary of my sons passing :-(

  • lantanna your post made me giggle, I tend do something very similar when I go off track (except I go for sloe gin). Re the scratchcards, to be honest I've lost more than I've won over the years but I had £7 to last me until a week on Wednesday so this has come in very handy. Generally, you win more off the dearer scratchcards - the ones that cost £1 I never seem to win anything more that £2 off. Just spent £20 in marks on speed fruit and salad

I sneaky got on the scales this morning, although my weigh isnt until tomorrow and seemed to have gained 1lb. My massive loss last week was mostly down to having the flu so I'm actually not too disappointed, to go back to eating 3 meals a day from nothing and only gain 1lb is probably ok. Plus the good work of this week will hopefully be in the bank for next week!

    Today's food is.....

B: Weetabix and sliced banana (hexa and b)
L: HM yellow split pea soup, 1xslice toast (3.5 syns) topped with egg and low fat salad cream (1 syn) lots of salad and then speed fruit
D: bean chilli, rice and salad

Still got 10.5 syns to play with, not sure what to do with these yet! Got loads of studying to do today so might reward myself with a small chocolate bar or fudge highlight with marshmallow and skooshy cream at bedtime

Have a lovely day everyone xxxxx

Poppy is a long nosed Staffy. She does look similar to a Jack Russell in her face but certainly doesn't have their traits Poppy is more barmy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Oooohhhh, just found a tub of quark. I might try quark with sweetner instead of natural yoghurt. If it tastes okay it means I have kept to SP and can have 60g whlml pitta bread as well (grilled with frylight and salt)

I often have the breakfast or scnack or desert with quark: a bit of sweetener and (sometimes) a spoon of fat free yogurt and then berries. And if HeB is missing from the say, I love it with the Finn Crisp slices...

    Thinking of you TIE!!!

Good spend Daisy, personally I find things a bit more easier when I have more money for good foods as opposed to being totally skint and not being able to buy enough variety - that's when I tend to gravitate towards cheaper rubbish.

This is so true I find it easier to plan my budget if I decide to buy the good food first, then theres no money left for the junk :rotfl:
