Just back from the wedding. We had a great time and it wasn't 100% off plan. Meal yesterday and today's breakfast were fine. I mostly drank gin and slimline so that's good. Last night's buffet definitely wasn't SW friendly! BUT I did loads of dancing so pleased with that.

mim, you've made massive progress so just keep plodding away. It's really worth it.I know I looked good yesterday, however smug it sounds to say it. :o

I'm feeling tired now so going to rest up today, draw that line and get back on plan. Savoury mince from the freezer for dinner I think. I love the stuff.

    Good Morning :)

Thank you hstsocem before Poppy I had a Jack Russell called Lucy she came from a lady in Carlisle who breed them had her from when she could leave spud and chip her mummy and daddy. When Lucy was about 2 Chloe appeared an Irish Terrier she was 18 months old and had had a very bad upbringing until I had her. I lost Lucy first age 13 :A then Chloe when she was 13 :A 2 weeks after Chloe ,Poppy came into my life I was devastated when I lost Chloe and if I hadn't found Poppy I would have had a breakdown or gone daft lol.

Good Losses appearing well done :)

Shortie - It isn't an SP day if you're having SW chips!

Omg, good spot - thanks jockosjungle

So turns out the food plan is going awry anyway as the chicken thighs that have been defrosted for dinner are off. Not sure what's for dinner now, will need to see when I get home tonight.

Breakfast went wrong too. Turns out I'm more bored of oats than I realised as couldn't even stomach half of it. Si I'll have 1xHiFi bar for the other half of my heb

I'll stick to SP though and have another heb later (and no chips :p )

Fay I am size 10 top and 12 bottom now and bless have dieted practically all my adult life on and off, this diet that diet, miserable hungry days. I discovered slimming world plan 18 months ago and had some success but it was joining this thread last year that has really made the difference, I think Shalas thread is absolutely the best I have found in terms of emotional support, advice, understanding and humour, some really big hearts on here.

For me it has to be a plan for life as was in so much pain with arthritis that life really wasn't worth living, now pain free, enjoying life and planning a really good party for my 70th Birthday in August, although having some resistance from the grandkids as I want to hire a rock band and they are saying "WOT?".

Oh dear I have spoilt my day. For my dinner, instead of having my veg sausage I succumbed and had a small homemade steak pudding.
This was made with very lean steak and vegetable suet in the pastry. so I have blotted my copy book today.
I left off the 9 Syns I had accounted for the day. And had to count the pudding all my Syns and more. So, tomorrow Tuesday's menu plan will be.....

Breakfast. All bran flakes A/B raspberries, blueberries, strawberries.

Lunch. Lentil and veg soup. Pink grapefruit.

Dinner. Chicken B. KFC style 6 Syns ( coating) s/w peppered wedges.
    . Beans tomato beetroot.

Supper. 2 Maria biscuits 3 Syns. Alpen light bar 3 Syns.

    A milk A milk B cereal B chicken
    12 Syns
    Water, green tea.:) :)
  • Sorry I haven't had much chance for a proper catch up over the weekend or today but had to pop in to send lots of hugs to our TIE :grouphug:
