Evening
Should be in bed but having had a sleep this afternoon I'm wide awake now.
Thanks for the good wishes. When DH and I were setting the date for our wedding we thought valentines was a good day but I wouldn't recommend it, it's like having your birthday on Christmas day. We share our special day with everyone else, flowers are more expensive, restaurants do special (overpriced) menus and I've done myself out of Valentines cards!
We did have a good night out though and we won a Mr and Mrs competition!
The prize was a bottle of pink fizz and some Belgian chocolates - my willpower is really being tested this week.
The food was SW friendly, I had carrot and coriander soup to start followed by chicken breast wrapped in bacon with new potatoes, peas and carrots. There was a nice sauce with the chicken which wouldn't be free but only a small amount. Dessert was strawberry cheesecake, and I only had 2 mouthfuls. I Rarely manage more than 2 courses, but to be honest it was a very sweet and creamy and I didn't want it.
Hope everyone has had a good day, see you tomorrow.

I was telling her I was 2lb off 3 stone loss and she said I wasn't fat before I started and I look just same now  how can I :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What with mum and work its a good job I have strong willpower or I would open this box of chocolates I have had since Christmas Day
No valentines here seeing my lovely girl Poppy is all I need to make me happy
This is my Poppy :j:j:j
What a sweet looking dog:j. I've got that duvet cover too!
In defence of your mother, my daughters are both grown and I think they are both beautiful. I'm sure they think they can lose a stone or two, but as a Mum when you look at them you just see your daughter - not the extra weight! Maybe that's what your Mum meant?:AWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
