Creeping in to make a confession :o
On Thursday when I took fruit bread for lunch I did 6 slices, had 4 for lunch and ate the other 2 walking home. Had 4 more when home then 4 more before bed so ended up eating the whole loaf with butter  the only saving grace (if you can call it that) is it was a small 400g loaf and the end bits were tiny :p.
So note to self, cannot be trusted to have that brand of fruit bread in the house as its too yummy :o. Have a free from one that's Been there since Wednesday and totally not interested in that.
On plan yesterday and so far today, now watching England v Italy and Italy scored already . If they carry on I may just have to eat chocolate :o.
Talking of Valentine's Day (as you were) I have been with my hubby 30 years and never had a single card (we don't do mothers or Father's Day either). He does though send me numerous texts over the day saying he loves me. He waits in car while I go into work waving and blowing kisses every day too, my colleague thinks it's loverly and says it brightens her day to see :rotfl:. Even sitting here watching TV he's told me he loves me 3 times already (gets annoying after a while especially if I'm watching something :rotfl:). Love him dearly though.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Woohoo lost half a pound. This has been my smallest loss so far and whilst I was a little hoping for more as I had such a naughty weekend last weekend it could have so easily been a gain.

Went with my friend after as a guest to her gym for a bit of a swim. I am very tempted to join but £29 a month is too much for me to spend really... at least its no contract so if I wasn't going enough I could just stop going. I did talk about signing up to someone there but they said they wish they could negotiate price but apparently they aren't allowed to its set by other people (part of a chain). So I walked away (if they secretly really could negotiate I'm sure they would have done, I said my partner might be interested in joining too but not at that price).

Not going to count my syns today. Fiance and I have a tradition of getting a Valentines takeaway so that is what we'll do. Both got the week off work this week so I think it'll be tough to be good all week but we'll do our best!

I have a decent non stick pan so just dry fry my bacon; but I'm sure it would be OK frylighted.

No, I don't bother under the grill. Occasionally if I'm frying it with something else (egg, mushrooms) but it's not compulsory. I use as little as possible as it's expensive (although widely on offer now at £1.50).

caterina, hope you have a great time. At least mushy peas are free!!:rotfl: Just wanted to say that once you've joined you can go to any group you like. I live in a city so sometimes go to another group if I need a different WI time. Consultants can vary a lot.

I've eaten SW so far today (porage and then a veggie omelette). I think that'll be about it until Monday. Breakfasts will probably be OK as even in hotels you can find SW things but I'll worry about that next week.
