I've had chilli tonight.. Always add a bit of smoked paprika, but you can taste it alright.. I use passata, beef stock pot, garlic, chilli powder, smoked paprika and tom puree.. Was yum!

Mine doesn't look quite like that! Not a million miles away though and it does taste nice.
Mine has quorn and veg stock in with the beans. I decided against passata so tom puree and tinned toms. I also chucked some mixed beans and some sweetcorn in and there's a ton of peppers so looks a bit lighter.I cheat with chilli, Asda do KTC chilli beans 3 for £1, I use one of these with a tin of chopped tomato the just add salt and a bit more chilli powder as I like it hot.
Already chillied beans may well be the way forward!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Happy birthday jockosjungle
Today has ended up off plan; I forgot to take my breakfast and the choice was a bagel or McDonalds so I figured I'd have a bagel then my deli noodle box thing (2syns or so) for lunch and then casserole for tea (2syn - using up sachets in the cupboard) ... BUT...
I hadn't been told that my manager and I were off to a lunch event and the person who we were guests of had ordered in advance for the whole tablethey'd picked a buffet with absolutely nothing that was plan friendly and we weren't going to get back until gone 4 (having had to leave at 11am straight from a meeting!) so I had a bit (no where near what I may have tucked in to in the past though!) and I've had the flipping munchies ever since
Back on plan tomorrow despite it being the dreaded V-Day. Bf has previously had flowers delivered to work (soppy pup he is) but we're both off and he's had some major stuff on so I've told him not to bother (I got him a jacket which I gave him when it arrived as he desperately needed a new one and a new t-shirt which he'll get tomorrow) but he's adamant he's taking wonder bairn out in the morning to get a surprise bless him then we are off to Harvester which I loooove
All in I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow************************************

Am feeling so frustrated. I've been really good this week - could have done with more veg I guess but not gone over with syns and within plan on EE
But I have been feeling bloated this week and I'll be amazed if I've lost a single oz. Feeling really demotivated becauae of it
Food today didn't go quite according to plan as I made my porridge waaaay too runny, eeeeew. Took a lot of effort not to cave in to the craving and buy a pastry.
Work didn't go well am I'm on my way home at the moment so a very late dinner and night for me tonight
B: mugshot
Sn: apple
L: chilli (1s) and alpen light (0.5 heb)
Sn: apple and HiFi bar (0.5 heb)
Yet to have:sw kebab, chips and salad. (assuming there is any left)

Ok, off to our Yorkshire trip, food will be mostly out of my control (DH's cousins house so not polite to demand specials - other than say : vegetarian), there will be a trip to the coast for real fish and chips and mushy peas, probably copious wine in the evening.
It is going to be my farewell to the fat me, I don't plan to overeat madly, but will stay relaxed around limited choices, then Wednesday morning, beeline to my first SW class, with the voucher (thank you again, Maman!).
See you on Wednesday for update! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Morning all
Woke up feeling like I've got a hangover even though I didn't have any alcohol last night and the paracetamol aren't working yet. It better go soon as we're out for a Valentine's dinner tonight.
It's also my wedding anniversary and DH managed to annoy me with a card intended for a couple rather than a wife which said "to both of you" inside. He's usually good at finding cards with appropriate words but he had just been to the dentist when we went to the shop so he obviously wasn't thinking straight.
I usually save syns for wine but I've had a couple of days off this week and it's been quite nice planning what to have as a synful treat instead. We opened the Tuc crackers from the raffle prize last night and had some with a slightly generous HEA of cheese. I'd forgotten how nice Tuc are but they're very high in fat - 28.3%!
Will be staying syn free today to allow for some wine later.
Hope everyone else is having a good day.

A belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY Jocksjungle
Spending most of today resting and getting ready for the Ball tonight(can you tell I'm excited). Will be on plan up until then. The meal tonight is, Chicken breast, potatoes & veg + dessert(don't know what) + red wine, although may pass on the wine as I don't want to spill it on my dress and I need a clear head for dancing.

Morning all, Happy Valentines Day! Was delighted to hear the rattle of the postbox, not so delighted to see a letter about Over 50s Life Insurance, not least of all because I'm only 35!! Hope you have all been spoilt rotten by your nearest and dearest though.
Maman thanks for the advice about Green plan, I think we've spoken about this before. I have tried to do green plan in the past and never been very successful - not sure if this was down to the extra Healthy B's or the fact that I wasn't too motivated at the time. I've always done well on EE so I'm just going to stick with that just now and see how I get on.
Food for today.......
B - Weetabix and Banana (HEXA and
L - hm bean chilli and salad
D - quorn burger, sw chips and salad
Snacks are fruit and yog and I might use my syns for a roll to go with the burger and a small choc bar.
Hope you all have an amazing day and stay off the chocs!!!!! :rotfl: xxxx0 -

Happy Anniversary Lois. Could the 'hangover head' be a result of you being a bit dehydrated? Hope it clears soon. Enjoy your Valentines Dinner.durham_mim wrote: »-1lb SHALA
