Haven't watched it yet but that seems a hell of a lot to spend in a year!
Will watch it tomorrow on iplayer.
Our local Iceland is opening for an extra hour next Saturday specifically for SW members! Have to let our consultant know next week if we want to go (I won't as I prefer to shop during the day) but think it's great that the manager is prepared to go the extra mile for SW.

I'm with you there beanie Lou NAS Vimto is the best Hot or Cold
So how did I guess you'd be popping up in support of your beloved Vimto!!!:DWell if Green days go I am up the creek without a paddle 'cause most days are GREEN with the odd E E day. So I don't know what to do, as I need some form of carbs at each meal then protein and veg. I just don't know what to do for the best.:mad:
I wouldn't worry about it. You can still follow Green if it's working for you whether it disappears from the website or not. It suits you as a healthy way of eating so stick to it if you want. The only difference from how you eat and EE is that you don't get the extra HEXs you would on Green. As a diabetic, it's perhaps worth having the odd day of EESP (with 2 HEB and 1 HEA) as you often have your carbs an syns like biscuits or extra bread so I'd imagine you're quite safe but if you're not sure check at the surgery.
I was only here at teatime and we've got more losses already.:T:T:T
:wave:Em. Welcome to the thread. Many have said that they find they need extra support on the online plan.
Macaroni cheese depends on the brand but is generally about 6 for a whole can (Heinz low fat is 6.5 but Asda Smart Price is just 3). I've had similar disasters with omelettes: once because I added cottage cheese to use it up but often because the recipe says 6 eggs and I add 2 and loads of extra veg. Still tastes good though.;)
Just wanted to say I'm having some success with 'singing swede' and it's nothing to do with Abba! I'm generally dreadful at cooking swede as it never seems to soften properly however long I cook it for. I read about it on OS and basically you cook the swede (which makes a noise) in the microwave just like a JP then scoop the soft centre out. I always make it in advance (as it generally takes me so long) mix with mashed carrot, put in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle some HEA cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 mins or so. Great on a EESP day.0 -

our consultant said ours is closing to the public early and just letting SW folk in.. are they expecting a stampede I wonder?
I love vimto, only cold tho..0 -
........
I came on to say that I noticed a SW voucher in Woman's Own (or it could have been Woman) magazine. That'll get you £5 off so your first session including the books and talk will only cost £5.
I looked in both mags and could not see the voucher, perhaps it was in last month's? The new (March) mags were out recently, ah well I might have to pay a tenner then, still worth it if it helps me lose weight. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! I have an unhealthy obsession with vimto, hot and cold. Probably what I like most is that if I forget about it and it goes cold it doesn't matter.
Can't say the same for a cup of tea :rotfl:
Maman, that will teach me not to just absently google and take the first syn value I see in the preview! So I've had 6 syns for the day, which is almost a relief because I'm too full after tea to have chocolate to make up syns to 5! For possibly the first time in my life haha.0
