Thanks Denise - i'll have a look at the supermarkets own, I don't really like yogurt so it would need to be well set for me to enjoy.

If you like a really set yogurt you would probably prefer Total 0% to SM own brand as it's really firm.

    Evening all :hello:

Well its been a strange old day. Got tonnes done at work, I was really on a mission which was quite the opposite to my students, they were all so lethargic it was hard work getting them motivated! I still had energy left when I got home so have also tackled the ironing pile that I managed to ignore last night :j

I'm another one whose husband doesn't do valentines or flowers tut!

Been totally on plan today, only deviation was an orange for a snack. Just had an Options hot chocolate, ff yoghurt and a banana for supper so my syns for the day are a grand total of 2

    EE day tomorrow

B oats so simple multi grain (heb & hea) blueberries
    L mugshot, apple
    S pear, orange
D smoked river cobbler, poached egg, green beans, new pots, broccoli

    Will decide on syns tomorrow

    Have a good day

I've been Mia today because feel like I've not stopped although I've done very little realistically :/

Valentine's - I got flowers on Sunday as the boy knew I was stressed :) and we exchanged cards tonight - he won on pukey slushy stuff :/
I don't really do valentines? And well I'd rather go for a meal than have the cash on flowers
Need to post minis card to her bf tomorrow...

Food wise today I've resisted chippy chips and toblerone and cake
    Go me!!!

Woo hoo!! First weigh in and I am 4.5lbs down! Still another 7 stone to go but I'm happy with that as had a boozy night out in the middle of it!! See what I can do for next week now with a weekend away! X

Well done, I started in April 2 years ago and was six stone down after a year. Still kept it off and year two has seen me play about with losing another half stone and deciding where target was for me.

So I hope this motivates you, as sometimes its helps when you see how other people who have similar amounts they want to lose have done!! Keep going :T

Busy day again today. Have got WI in just over an hour, have been pretty good this week so expecting a small loss or a STS - will be happy either way. Will be p'd off if it's a gain!

    Another EE day:

    B - banana after WI
    L - LO chicken curry & rice
D - no idea yet as eating out - because DH has a Dr's appointment around the time we would normally eat so no idea what time he will be out.

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day.
HEB - again no idea - but maybe some Ryvita this evening.

Syns - will probably have a glass of red with dinner.

Will try and pop back on early this afternoon to post weight loss/STS/gain! but may not be able to until tomorrow.

    Denise
