Jocks - Yes the stickers go up to whatever you've lost. Consultants normally order and keep in stock what they predict they will need. So not many will keep maybe over 5 stone loss etc depending on how people are doing coz they have to pay for them.

Lois - I am jealous of your Tuc Crackers, love them and haven't had them in so long!

Woo hoo tomorrow is Chocolate Thursday, I've renamed Dehydration Thursday Shala! :rotfl:

I've done it again a full week off the chocolate - a mini crunchie last Thursday and that's been it!!

Not really hopeful for tomorrow, been nowhere near as good as last week and the bad form has kind of knocked me off my stride and I can't be bothered with anything but still as far as I can recall the naughties this week were. If I list them I can see them and improve lol :naughty:

1 x bag of Monster Munch
1 Bottle White Wine - big weightloss staller for me
    8 x 10 p Packs of Haribo ( I'm not shopping in Home Bargains again)_pale_
1 Small piece of carrot cake (blaming mother for this)
1 Piece of Apricot Swiss Roll (Again Cheers Ma - have to stop visiting her:cry:)
4 Great Big Baking Potatoes - another big problem for me

Haven't had enough superfree either but fingers crossed I don't gain.

Re the gym debate - Happens to me all the time, if I am going mad in the gym nothing seems to shift for weeks or I gain and then I get a freaky loss at some stage. So my advice is just keep going with it. I'm going Saturday and sunday, it always perks up my mood when I exercise and I can't recommend it enough for that never mind anything else.

So debating what my treat will be this week on Saturday

Can't decide but in the mix are

An Indian Takeaway / Home made Indian
Lois you have put me in the mood for Cheese & Crackers now but I am definitely off the wine again.
Some sort of really dirty and bad chocolate desert - decisions decisions

Its Valentines sadness and I know I'm comfort eating and being silly but I just need to do it, wallow, get it over with and be done  and start to behave like a big girl again.

Haven't been on for the last couple of days as been extremely busy and just haven't had the time, although I've had a quick scan from time to time but have missed loads.

So will just stay welcome to Newbies, Congratulations to LL and Meg for our SOTW and to all losers & a kick up the b*m for those that need it!

I've been fairly good all week but have ended up only having 5 syns left for today!

Today will be another EE day:

    B - bacon & mushroom sandwich
L - tex mex omlette (from SW website)
    D - HM chicken curry & rice

Need to go shopping tomorrow as getting low on fruit & veg but won't have time until the evening as have WI tomorrow morning, an appointment at lunchtime and will need to pick DH up from work a couple of hours later - so not really long enough between each to shop (I live a good 20 minute drive from the shops!)

I've really been struggling with deciding what to eat during the day - I menu plan for the month (3 meals a day) but of course the plan is flexible so if the evening meal changes for any reason it often means the daytime meals need to change and that's where I'm struggling.

Can I update my missing two weeks shala? the first was +2lb, the second was a STS.

I am hopeful that this week may have seen me lose at least 2lb but we shall find out in the morning :) I am feeling positive for a change though

  • I made the most delish chocolate pudding last night. I mixed 0% Total, quark, 1 tsp cocoa and liquid sweetener. Mixed it up and added a few frozen raspberries. Tasted very nice and made a nice big serving!
    1 syn for the cocoa.

That is a problem for me too, so I had to get sompany to join the course and get me going. If anything it gets me out of putting kids to bed (well, it is not the putting them to bed, it is getting them to stay in beds!!!!!)

I keep telling myself I am going for a run. Just to find an excuse to leave it for 'tomorrow'. Well, it has been nearly three months of tomorrows now...

    You love salad? :eek:_pale_ ;)

i wish i did.. it would make SW so much easier! if i have it with a meal i always eat it first to get it out the way... childish, i know..

I actually like salad was drooling over lush's lunch but I'm too lazy to make it properly and I really hate waste so won't let myself buy things I might throw out. So I buy tomatoes, peppers and spring onions regularly as I can cook with those but rarely any leaves or cucumber. I must try harder especially when the weather picks up.

Good plan lantanna. At least you're in control then.

We've got football tonight so will have supper early. I'm planning a snacky lunch just to keep me going.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk
L: cottage cheese, apple and maybe graze on beetroot or cornichons if hungry
D: gammon, new potatoes, cauli, broccoli, carrots, peas
Syns: scrape of spread, half Crunchie at the game

I was tempted to make cheese sauce for the veg but have decided on mushy peas to stop meal being too dry and DH can have mustard as well.
