Congratulations Meg and B.E.G for sotw and everyone else who has got nice new shinies!!!!

Thanks for the updated chart Shala - between us we've lost my husband!!!

Thanks for the thoughts on EESP Maman but it took me long enough to get my head around EE and green so I will stick to what I know :rotfl:

Followed my plan today but just swapped the crisps for a curly wurly from the freezer so an extra syn. Also didn't have any coffee so no second HEA

Lentil Dahl was nice though I think I will up the amount of spice if I make it again. As there's enough left for dinner tomorrow I shall be having another green day

B oats so simple multi grain (heb & hea) with blueberries
L 3 sesame ryvita (heb) with 4 laughing cow light (hea), carrot, celery and an apple
    D lentil Dahl and rice
    Snack fresh pineapple

Syns - not decided but will be around 5

Trying to summon some enthusiasm for the big pile of ironing that's staring at me, but its not working!
  • Aww Thanks Guys ;) I am definately sticking with SW for life this time so will be popping in regularly. I currently attend a group but am hoping to "go it alone" once i have shifted a few more pounds as I only "weigh and run" due to the timing and location of my lical group.
    Have a good evening all!
