    Evening :D

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Meg for SOTW :T

I appreciate your tact and diplomacy Shala, but the crown is rightfully Meg's.

This thread has gone barmy today, 59 posts since I posted this morning!!!

Lush and Mim - please don't make any hasty decisions based on anything to do with Fb. As far as I'm concerned and I hope I speak for everyone else as well, the thread is the most important thing, the Fb page just a sideline.

Well, my resolve is going to be well and truly tested over the coming weeks, DH and I are out for lunch tomorrow, out for dinner on Saturday, a gala dinner the following sunday and then the golf society dinner the weekend after that!

On top of that, we went to the quiz tonight and won a hamper containing chocolate fingers, cookies, Tuc crackers, walnuts, cheese, wine, oh, and some apples! We didn't have wine syns today so I had some walnuts and 2 cookies - I've no idea how many syns that is but I'm hoping it's not more than 15.

    Back soon.

    Hello!
Had the absolute day from hell today  spent about an hour and half on the phone this morning arguing with various people including the most obnoxious man ever at Orange  thankfully I rang back and got put through to a very helpful man who sorted my problem. Then I went to the gym- walked half a mile to the bus stop as I thought the buses were diverted only to find they weren't till next week  then I had an argument with someone on another forum  then I did a heck of a frustration busting workout only to get to the changing room drenched in sweat to discover I had forgot my shower stuff!! so I just had to chuck my hoodie and coat on over my sweaty gym gear. And then the zip on my coat jammed  i got home to a sink full of dishes my OH had thoughtfully left  honestly, will be so glad when today is done!
Am proud to say today has been first day fully on plan for about three weeks. It's getting to that time now where it's not far off sponsors meal and awards night so I need to start being a bit serious.
    Today's meal plan:
B: HEXB x 2 HiFi bars, half a bottle of flavoured NAS water
L: Big salad with ham and chicken, pease pudding, squirt of sweet chilli sauce (2 syns) 2 WW dessert favourites yoghurts, NAS flavoured water
Snack: 2 bananas, HiFi bar (3 syns)
T: Salmon, steamed mixed veg, potatoes, sweetcorn. Pink lady Apple, cup of Beanies Chocolate Orange coffee.
S: 2 cheese twists (4 syns) grapes, Frappucino with HEXA milk
    Syns: 9
Body magic: 80 mins cardio (treadmill, X trainer, arm bike, exercise bike) in the gym
Think I may have an early night as my anxiety is going mad tonight :(
    Night all xxx

Can't say I'm surprised after the day you've had!:T for staying on plan through it all.

:T:T:T:T to all our amazing losers!!

Goodnight all. I'm off to get something out of the freezer for tomorrow while I remember.:)
  • so I loved my salad so much today I'm having a pimped up version tomorrow :)

    My plan is:
Breakfast: cup of tea (milk from HeA), 2 wheat biscuits (HeB) with milk from HeA, apple
lunch: smoked ham salad; lettuce, cucumber, baby plum tomatoes, red pepper, hard boiled egg, pickled red cabbage and sliced beetroot. 1 tbsp light salad cream (2 syn?)
snack: melon pieces, green grapes, sweet clem
tea: I have some Tesco cream of tomato soup in the fridge which needs eating so I will have that. I think it's about 6syns for the half tin

body magic; I'll do a walk of 1-1.5mile at lunch to go top up on baby bits from Boots :)

    Welcome kinderjunkie!

Well done on all the losses - it is amazing! BEG - 6st shiney!!! Wow!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!

I have sent a request to join the FB group too - the more support the better. My first name starts with the same three letters as my name here...

I weighed in yesterday: 1/2 lb loss!

I went to AquaZumba again last night, and I can say it is getting better. I can actually follow the moves. Sometimes....

I have pinned the EESP plan (well, list of S and P foods) on our kitchen cupboard, together with the lists of He! and HeB, and asked OH to keep ingredients as much as possible limited to what is on there. So, he made risotto last night for kids and himself and a salad for me :) I know we will not be following it 100%, but will try and limit the damage. We will have pasta and rice time to time, and there will be no escaping sausages and similar in our house (kids love them), but the veg content needs to increase! And just last week I have 'stocked up' on sweet potatoes as they were on offer, so will be having those too!

    The menu for today:

    B: porridge with milk
L: salad, with a bit of lentils and eggs
    D: probably gammon with vegetables
    Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb
  • How far up do the stickers go? Do these people who've lost 12st get a 12 stone sticker?

I think I've decided on 12st 11lb for my target weight. That'll be another 7.5lb to lose, and take me to 4 stone. I've just put all my weigh ins on the slimming world website (you'd think this could be automatic).

I'm on holiday beginning of April, so hopefully be there for then.

I'm gonna have to read back later, so excuse me ignoring any wonderful losses or people needing hugs :o

Gained 1lb at WI last night. Not bad for 2 weeks of snacking and a week of feeling sorry for myself, but not good either :(

Trying to draw that line and get back on it properly - just over a stone to target and it's getting further away not nearer right now
