Back from weigh in....gain of 7lb over the two weeks.
Firmly back on the wagon now. I want that off asap!!
Will attempt the eesp for a few days and see how I manage.
It's the picking that gets to me!
    Great to see you Frogga.
  • Evening everyone

A big fat welcome to all our newbies and returnees :hello: It is great to see you back and posting frogga. So sorry to hear that you have been having a rough time but hopefully your time off will allow you to move on to a happier place. Keep posting pleeeeeaaaaaaassssssseeeeeee ;)

I can see apple and cottage cheese working too maman. Hope frogga doesn't read this bit cos she'll think I'm a weirdy sicko too :rotfl:

Thanks for the great list tweets. I have printed it off so that I can use it for ref when I am in supermarket without having to mess about checking stuff on my phone. Had been planning on typing my own list but just hadn't managed to get around to it.

I very nearly got attacked by a M&S fruit scone from the bakery this morning but I wrestled with it and flung it back in the basket - the little blighter wasn't going to end up on my hips. :D

Getting ready to pop out now to visit Mum and then my sil so will catch up with you all tomorrow.

    Can I join in please?
Last summer I lost a stone, but it found me again.
Felt so much better being lighter. Was all set to loose another one.
    Lost the plot,not the weight.
Not sure about the new plan .The thought off all the protein puts me off it.
Might try and stick to EE.
Can you put me down for -4lbs please Shala?
    ilovetea xx

  • Hello all

Back again. I fear I've gained a ton over Christmas. I have another 2 stone to lose so please mark me down for 14lb in the challenge.
  • Lots of new members, welcome!

I've decided I'm not going to tell my consultant just yet about being pregnant. I don't want to jinx things! I know about increasing HEX A's and B's so I'm going to do that anyway. We're paying to have an early scan at 8 weeks (4 weeks time) so assuming everything is fine I'll tell my consultant then. I can't see either the midwives or consultant being unhappy with me losing a little weight during pregnancy as I have a BMI of 40 at the mo!

Weigh in tomorrow, but I've only managed 2 complete days on plan this week, although I haven't gone crazy on the other days. Would be happy with a small loss. Will be easier to get back into it properly once daughters back at school and DH is back at work, and I can resume my normal routine.

  • cte1111 - I went to group today and sat thinking what is there for veggie members in this new EESP. I am not a vegetarian but I eat veggie meals at home, so rarely eat meat/fish and never cooked by me (meals out), So my main plan is green days, and I think I will carry on with that. The SP is very protein based and it doesnt apply, I dont think. Unless other Veggie members have any tips? :)
