    Morning

Reporting in with the results of my post Christmas/New year weigh-in with a small gain of 2.5lbs. I'm not too unhappy with that and quite determined to lose it asap. DH gained a pound more so I'm still winning. :D

Mum of two - the P section includes pulses so you could have 1/4 plate of chicken and a 1/4 of peas/beans/lentils. I'm thinking mashed butter beans, but maybe that would be classed as food abuse! :rotfl:

Shala - 20 stone! Wouldn't that be amazing if we all succeed, which we can of course. :j

    Welcome to the new people.

    Catch you later.

That's exactly what I was thinking of doing, so it's 20 calories per syn is it? I thought it was 20 calories per half syn?

No I;m fairly certain its 20kcals per 1 syn, that'd make a Kitkat about 5 which is 99 kcals.

Not all quorn sausages are free, in fact I've struggled to find the ones that are free, it's difficult to tell the difference. Linda McCartney Rosemary sausages are free though, they're quite nice.

Linda mccartney arent mentioned as being free on SP

The free quorn ones on EE are the frozen box of six (has a blue flash across front of box that says low fat). Asda and sainsbobs are the only supermarkets to stock them. Currently on offer in asda for 98p a box

    _party_ HAPPY NEW YEAR _party_

Been wading back through the posts and came across the new challenge, so quickly wanted to say SHALA I'M IN! 5LB PLEASE

Have been gradually weaning myself off all the off plan stuff. I know I've gained, last time I looked it was about 6lbs  but since then I've reigned it in. I think most of the gain is down to eating foods I'm intolerant to (bread, milk, cheese, dairy chocolate) so I have been working on cutting those out again and although I don't weigh in till tomorrow I think there may be a small loss. I'm off to my sisters on Saturday so we can swap presents etc and we'll be having takeaways but after that it will be strictly back on plan.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I have been very very very brave! I'm really looking forward to going swimming today, but I have a forest to clear first! I bought myself an epilator for xmas, (boots sale, reduced from 59.99 to 29.99 :) ) but have been Terrified to use it. Was using swimming to motivate myself - but did consider brazing it out, hoping it wouldn't be noticeable (super pale skin, over generous covering of thick black forest, mmmmm). So have just tried epilator - what was I worried about? Silly me, was a little uncomfortable, but felt more like a good stratch then the agony I had expected. Waiting for it to charge, then going to finish the job. Amazing invention!!!

So hard to stay on track over xmas and new year!
Breakfast - Beans, 1 slice wholemeal toast (800g loaf), fried egg, cherry tomatoes.
    Lunch - Ham salad
    Dinner - Spag bol,

Lush - I only learnt to drive 3 years ago, walked everwhere before then. Swore that I would only drive long journeys, or for big grocery shops. Amazing how fast you get lazy - and then your dress size climbs!

Hope everyone has a good, SW day :)
