Thank You maman, Happy New Year to you and yours also x x

Thank you tweets, can't quiet make out the can under the prawn though or the package under the word food, even with my glasses on :o

I use my ipad to post WI and can change font size and colour. Do you have section above BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERSCORE etc that has fonts, sizes, colour all with drop downs to change with? Also has a smilie face dropdown as well as it being to the right side of this box.

Thank you Shala for the P rundown :A

Can you put me down for 5lb please? Not sure what my total gain will be as eating habits are all over the place and probably wont get back on track until Monday when back to work.
Id like to try the new SP but love my yog, pineapple and blueberries for lunch apart from that I could cut the carbs for a few days but not any longer as energy levels drop rapidly without them :p

The can is a tub low fat Longley farm cottage cheese I zoomed in on pic.

The package I couldn't fathom it out sorry.

Hello and Happy New Year to you all :)

Welcome to all those who are joining us and those who are rejoining :hello::hello:

I'd like to join the challenge again please Shala. I'll aim for 10 lbs
Thanks for doing the chart again. :)

I'm really struggling at the moment, well I've lost the plot to be honest! I had WI on Tuesday, and thought I was going to get back on the wagon from then, but I've fell off so many times since I'm covered in bruises! I don't really know why, cuz I feel bloated and generally yeuk, but then just reach for something else to eat that I don't even really want. What's more crazy is I'm eating things I don't even like, but cuz they are there, in they go!

Right here goes........ I will be good, I will be good I will be good....

  • Hi, can I join please? Have tried before, but am truly going to get myself into gear this time.

I usually do green days, but am thinking I might give ee a go if I can get my head round it. I will go back through the posts and get some ideas then try to meal plan for a Monday start.

10 pound target for this month please - ambitious, but I really want to go this. Thanks xx

I think I may have accidentally had a SP meal:eek:. I had 2 satsumas and then filched a bowl of savoury mince with veg from the SC. I'm sure I'll instantly lose pounds and pounds!!

tie, the S foods are largely the old SF except that a number of fruits have been removed from the list. From memory, the common ones are bananas, grapes, pineapples, cherries and kiwis.

Interested to know how everyone is meal planning? Not sure the calender I bought is going to be as user friendly as I would like.
