I cannot quite make out what it is under the prawns tie, but will take a guess at cottage cheese. No doubt tweets will be along soon to put us right. Pictures make more sense than words. :D

Thanks for the list. Is it all Quorn basics e.g. sausages and mince? They are the only bits I eat.

Just the mince and the pieces (the pretend chicken) the sausages/burgers are synned..

Have you got a list of S's please shala ?

Sorry I just copied it from the book - there are a few too many Speed foods for me to type out :o

Thank you tweets, can't quiet make out the can under the prawn though or the package under the word food, even with my glasses on :o

That's a [STRIKE]can of baked beans[/STRIKE] and the package is lentils.. e.t.a. I got the wrong can - I've no idea what that one is

I have my screen set at 125% TIE, with my dodgy eyes I find it easier to read all the text on here.. might be worth a try..

  • For inspiration/or motivation members of this topic may be interested to know that the Daily Mirror are giving free membership tokens as well as some recipe leaflets in this weekend paper I believe. I don't read it usually, a friend posted on fb. I am a member, but the recipes may be useful. I think buying the magazine helps me. I have a lot to lose, so need all the help I can get to stick at the plan. :)

Thanks Shala, thought it would be like that. I only like the sausages and tolerate the mince occasionally. Life long veggie here so not a fan of the textures of Quorn.

I'm gonna stick to Green days, it's in my head and works for me so why fix something which isn't broken?! I make try the EE SP for a few days when I hit a plateau though.

Off to make some SW chips for my dinner.

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year :)
Very exciting to have a new thread :T:j Thank you Shala

My New Year's eve was quiet - I could quite happily have been in the land of the nod at midnight but instead did my best to stay up and watched Re-directed (a pay to view movie - was a bit naff to be honest) then When Harry Met Sally :heartpuls

Today has been a lazy day of not doing much.....

On the food front, I haven't been sticking to plan over the xmas break. I have eaten what I want when I want including the lovely Hotel Chocolate chocolates I got as a gift ! Anyone know how to syn these as I have loads left!!

I've got my new books but haven't read them properly yet. I was always a red and green girl well actually a mix to match girl so I think the only way the new plan(s) are going to work for me is if I plan/write it down and stick to it !! I think the key for me is to write down what I like to eat and plan my menus from that.

One of my xmas gifts was a pressure cooker ! I've never had one before so if anyone has any cooking/recipe tips or book recommendations then I would be really grateful:)

Hi, I would like to join in the challenge and please could you put me down for a 7 pound loss - hopefully will be nearer 10 but I want to make it achievable

I have been off plan for a few weeks so need to get back on it, have put some weight on but not too bad. I dont tend to put weight on easily but dont drop the pounds quickly either.

I dont have loads to lose just enough so that my clothes fit well
