    Well.... I'm a target member but just out of the top end of my target .... Back to group on Thursday, in the meantime I will be following EE until I get my new pack . I would like to get back to the bottom of my target ! So I reckon 5 lbs ...

    Yes Shala I am on an iPad , but I know Maman will change it to red for me. She never misses. An early thanks Maman .:D

    Fonts etc must not work on an iPad. X :(:D

    Happy New Year everyone.

    Another EE day for me as haven't got the new books yet - not going to WI until next Thursday. May do the odd day or two a week of the new plan for a couple of weeks just to try and get back to bottom end of target range as, according to my scales I'm just out of top end of range.

    B - SW fry up
    L - HM carrot & corriander soup
    D - corned beef hash (4 syns)

    HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread with soup

    Syns: corned beef - 4;

    I can do it on mine, I did this and my previous post on an iPad.

    cte1111 - I am very similar to you, lost 27lbs in 5mths. I want to lose 4stone total by end of July, and this will 'only' just get me into the top of the 'overweight' section of the height/weight chart on NHS. I'd need to lose an additional 3 stone to get to the top of the 'healthy' section! I don't believe in these charts, that would be a silly weight loss for me, I would look wrong, I'm 6ft tall for a start (weight should be 13stone for top of 'healthy'). Mentally I'll be happy with 4stone but then when I get there I may want to go further, may not. Good luck.

    Had day off plan yesterday for NYE as my parents and OH's mum plus his kids all came for dinner. Food wise I was actually pretty much on plan plus syns but then I had 3 glasses of wine and some trifle and chocs lol! :rotfl:

    On plan today, green day:

    B - 2 boiled eggs. 1 wholemeal toast HEB, 1 white toast 4.5syns. 4syns for butter
    L - rice, mixed bean chilli, leftover fajita spiced peppers, BNS and onions. Cheese HEB. LF sour cream 2syns. Side salad with FF dressing.
    D - ? Not sure yet, on my own so something simple.
    Snacks - fruit
    HEA for skimmed milk for coffees.
    Total 10.5syns so far.

  • Had a good night yesterday with our guests finally leaving at 4am!!
    House all tidy now but leaving decks up untill Sunday.
    The pulled pork went down well with everyone, really delicious! I slipped up a bit with crabbies ginger ale and nibbles last night but hopefully 6 days on plan will see me a loss next Wednesday.
    EE day today
    Hea milk
    Heb 2 x hovis 400g slices
    Brunch beans on toast, Apple
    Dinner Covent garden butternut and pumpkin soup (4) SW chips
    Supper options (2) and loads of sleep!!
