This may not be the time for posting this but i'm not out partying and there's nowt on the telly so :p....

If you are just joining us you may not be aware of the bi-monthly challenge that we run which you are welcome to join.

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 5th January and finish on the 1st March - this gives us 8 weeks.

If you wish to join in with us then please post your target loss for the 8 weeks in red* or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

As you can imagine this thread is going to go supersonic with all the new people joining us so I will miss your post if you don't help me out :D

I will post the chart each week on a Monday showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them :T

Any questions please let me know - it doesn't matter which day you get weighed just let me know your loss on the day you get weighed and i'll add it to the correct week (maybe, if I don't get confused!)

I will start the ball rolling and declare an 10lb target for myself :)

    Thank you...

    Hi all.

I've been doing SW for 5 months and have lost just over 2 stone. I'm aiming to lose another 1.5 stones, hopefully by Easter. I find it hard to stay motivated sometimes, as even then I will still be classified as overweight. It makes me think what's the point. I thought joining this thread might help with some additional support, hope that's OK.

There are 13 weigh ins before Easter and I would like to lose another 20 pounds. This makes just over 1.5 pounds per week.
I'd therefore like to aim to lose 12.5 pounds in the next 8 weeks.
