Agh Christmas happened!!!!
Now my OH has challenged me to a winner-tales all slimathon, just the two of us. Weighing in tomorrow.
In the red corner, he's sporty, he's grumpy, his mash is never lumpy - it's OH!
In the blue corner, she's feisty and uncouth with a terrible sweet tooth - it's Wishus!Keep reading books!

Hi all
Day 2 of the EE Sp plan and still determined. Although it's not going to be strictly a full week this week as I'm away on Sunday and won't be able to avoid carbs totally, and I'm off out tonight so will be having some rice. So I'll have been on plan 4 days out of 6 with added body magic so Im hoping for a good result!
I have had a few 'naughty' things- there were grapes in my frozen fruit this morning and I had Quorn meatballs yesterday but I need some variety! I'm 90% on itAlso good news today- Ive got my application form for a disabled persons' concessionary pass signed by my doc so that will go off on Friday- once I get that I'll be able to get out more often which will hopefully help my anxiety
Today's menu so far.
B: HEXB Weetabix with HEXA semi skimmed, frozen mixed fruit, pint of NAS
L: Tuna, ham, carrot mash (recipe out the book) beans. HEXB 2x HiFi bars.
Have to drag myself onto the torture machine nowOH will be home soon.
Saving syns for tonight for curry and a couple of vodkas.

So, I re-joined class yesterday and am trying to give the EE plan a go (even though I don't really eat much fruit or veg).
So today has been:
B: Raisin wheats, milk & cup of tea with sweetener (HEB & HEA & free)
L: scrambled eggs & KM 50/50 thin with tesco spread (free, 4.5 syns & 3 syns)2 Chicken legs (no skin) with peri-peri marinade & actifry chips, mushrooms & onions (free, 2 syns, 3 syns for oil & free)
Snacks: Apple, clementines, 2 slices of lean ham
Drinks: NAS squash
Other than being a smidge on the light side for speed foods does that look ok? I know the speed
Also bought myself a fitbug orb to try to motivate me to do a bit more BM.
I don't think I'd manage very well on the EESP plan so I'll be very interested to see how you guys who are giving it a bash get on.
Welcome to all the new folk & congrats to Musogirl on your fantastic news :j0 -

Welcome to more new thread members! It's obviously the time of year for it
I'm not sure what possessed me but we needed to defrost the freezer and I have been working on running it down for a couple of weeks. Finally got fed up of waiting but still had stuff in there so today I have cooked a massive lasagne (about 6 portions), a quorn meatball sauce thing (about 6 portions), quorn fillets in veg sauce (4 portions) and have another 2 portions of bolognaise.
I had three massive pans full of veg on the go at once, different variations of the veg, different flavourings and different meat substitutes. All but the lasagne are cooling ready to go in the freezer when it finishes dropping ice all over my kitchen floor. Lasagne is in the oven for teaIt's mine and hubby's new year tradition to have lasagne.
We're actually going out down the pub later. Won't be drinking as I'm driving - hubby will only have one as we need to be on the ball for the children. My parents are coming over to babysit so we can go out but there's a large part of me that would happily snuggle down on the sofa with a massive cup of tea!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Hi all,
hope everyone had a great Xmas and that 2015 brings us all that we wish for. I have been mia for last few weeks but I have been plugging away with weight loss. That is until Xmas. I think I have put up 6 pounds in last ten days with just constant eating so going to give it one last round tonight and then healthy start from Friday.SPC #352
