I generally don't mind 3/4 ones - if sleeves are too long they drive me to dispair :rotfl:

    Woo Hoo delighted for you.

Tweets just love that jumper I have just bought a nice skirt of ebay that jumper will be perfect with it so must get one. I bought the skirt on a whim really as wanted to try the style. I thought it would be rather cheap looking at the price, £5 posted but its really very nice, looks smart.

Very excited to have bought a countdown so free book and the new magazine, and OH is in love with the new Hi-fi bars :D

5lbs off for me this week please Shala x

Hi happe, i'm really sorry but I don't have a target down for you - have you just joined us?

I've added your 5lb loss on for this week (big :T:T btw) and we have another 3 weeks left of the challenge if you want to give me your target loss..

Meg - horrid people about!! but i'd love to see your conversations this weekend for the wind up, you have loads of fun!! what a ****!

Sally - try swapping your yogurt for quark on an SP - just add a bit of vanilla essence & sweetner to it. I've swapped to this on a non-sp day now...

off to enjoy my bakewell xx

Evening all, well done losers :A hugs for those in need :A

    Food today TIEs EESP
    B - RB, bbs, honey (2), coffee
    L - HM BNS soup, 3x cherry toms, pineapple/bbs/yogurt
    S - choc SAJ (2), pops (4.5), coffee
T - half roasted BNS, beans, salmon, prawns, toms, BBQ sauce (1)
    HEs A milk B RB
    SYNS - 9.5

Can anyone tell me why it is that as soon as I start to eat my evening meal, my nose bungs up and I struggle to breathe? Also a tickly cough keeps kicking in. All I want is to go to bed but Mr tie isn't home yet as on lates. Will I stay awake long enough? The sky box is broken so no tv to keep me awake. Reading is making me worse, struggling to keep eyes open now :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Great stuff, happe, lantanna, shala and Sally.

Oh, Meg, what adventures you have! I love how you always come up smiling.

Glad you’ve made up with the boy, Mildredd.

Well done, tweets. Very MSE – and a lovely jumper too.

Behaved quite well today. Apart from the 4 syns planned for, I had a choc digestive (4 syns). That leaves enough for a treat at supper time, maybe crackers and hexa cheese.

Dentist tomorrow; only scale and polish but I still hate it.

Breakfast: Linessa ff yogurt (2 syns)and strawberries
Lunch: Campbells Cream of Tomato Cup Soup (5 syns), apple
Dinner: bacon, egg, tomato, mushrooms, beans

I realise the cup soup is syn greedy, but I am determined to use up what I have, rather than throw stuff out. That leaves 8 syns for snacks.
