    Well done losers :)

    Let it be known I have refused peanut m&ms and was hankering for some grapes.

    Currently debating going for a lent give up of choc or if that's a step too far xxx

    Wow this is a very active board. I keep thinking about jumping in but not sure I'll keep up!

    Joined SW 14th Jan. Lost 9lb so far :D Although I feel like I cheated this week because my weigh in is normally after I've had dinner and this week it was before...

    I'm about to switch groups because my friend is joining a different one :) I find it very hard to talk to people in my group currently, I go alone and I'm quite shy and just can't quite bring myself to start a conversation and sadly nobody has made the effort with me either (not that I expect them to! But usually SOMEONE does in these situations...) but they are a nice enough bunch. My friend cant join my group because it takes 2 buses and about an hour to get here, but I can drive to the one by her in about 20 minutes.

    Bought a fakeaways book, looking forward to trying some recipes from that, although notice a lot of them don't even have a serving suggestion that includes 1/3 speed foods.

    Welcome aboard selement. You're not kidding about it being very active here atm. You've come to the right place for loads of support and motivation - any questions and just shout up - someone will be along to help you. Great loss so far btw.

    Hi happe, i'm really sorry but I don't have a target down for you - have you just joined us?

    I've added your 5lb loss on for this week (big :T:T btw) and we have another 3 weeks left of the challenge if you want to give me your target loss..

    Sally - try swapping your yogurt for quark on an SP - just add a bit of vanilla essence & sweetner to it. I've swapped to this on a non-sp day now...

    Thanks Shala, will give that a go. Only ever used quark in recipes so far, but have vanilla & sweetner in the cupboard and will definitely try it!

    Now I know why I've been ill, was on the news that this years flu jab has been ineffective on the strain thats about. So I paid a tenner to get the !!!!!!! flu :mad:
    Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
