Like a lot of people here I find it hard at times to keep up -- you all talk so much :rotfl:
Just wanted to say I love reading all and you all help keep me on track Although have fallen a bit over the past two weeks
Back to class for the bad news tomorrow and right back on track. Someone mentioned about trying to find a recipe on sw site. Well when I read a recipe I press the Add to favourites at side of it--I have a collection now and some day I will actually make one-if I can find them again:D
Keep up the great work! It is good to know that I am not alone and there is so much support and information here.
Love your plans Meg!0 -
Quick question - are eggs classed as super free food?
DH and I were talking about how foods are classified as super free and I said they had to be free on both red and green plans, so he said eggs are free on both aren't they. Hence my question...

Yes. Eggs are free on all plans
Don't think called superfree just free.0 -
Hello!
I'm backhave been lurking with intent
and keeping up with all the news. I'm still only partially on plan but going to the gym virtually every day. My gain last week was the 1lb I was under the lower end of my new target so I'm bang on target range now.
also have a new dress for my ball which fits me now so long as I keep going to the gym I should be ok, i think. Small NSV today- size 18 'rigid cotton' ie no stretch jeans from Primark- normally don't go anywhere near me- fit fine and go lovely with the very lovely knee length boots I bought in Bon Marche sale
This will make you lot laugh though. I went to Nottingham today looking utterly awful- I mean terrible. I was wearing a faded, baggy England Rugby fleece from when I was a size 24 so it was big- old bobbly joggers and a bobble hat pulled right down to try and disguise my lack of eyebrows (stress of my PIP assessment ) In my defence though I'm just getting over a bad cough and I haven't been too well physically or mentally for a little while now) but I needed to go and get OH a birthday pressie and one or two other bits so I had to go.
And who should I see walking towards but one of the forwards from my rugby team who I admit I'm quite fond of (not like thathe's a really nice guy, and yes he is quite attractive
) I may have squealed and swung myself off in the opposite direction to avoid him seeing me looking so skanky :rotfl: I think the law of Sod was firmly in operation as he of course looked good
have learned a valuable lesson- ie always make an effort when leaving the house as who knows who you may encounter :rotfl:
Hope you're all well. Just have to say- Meg, he sounded like a right swine and you're better off without

Morning everyone. Well done to everyone with losses and a special well done to Meg for not losing a load of money
Not doing well hereBack is getting better slowly but I've been eating so much **** to make myself feel better that I've probably scuppered myself for a couple of weeks. I am an idiot
Still craving stuff too, it's not like things are going to get better in a hurry unless I can get my head back in the game. I want to get to my target, I really do, it's just not seeming possible right now.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

A month without Chocolate, no way Shala, but I have done over a month off the wine and that is an achievement in itself. I am so hankering after a bottle of red:( but its not happening. Well done on your loss, lets hope we both keep it moving now!
Like the jumper tweets, very spring
Are you allergic to something Take it Easy?
Keep using stuff up Greentiger as long as your syning it and it works out for you why not.
Mildredd – It’s a step too far!! You might end up overcompensating with other things, why not do something specific like Malteasers or something. Just an example not at all saying you scoff malteasers all the time :rotfl:
Selement – Find a group that suits you, there all different and things can change in them so quickly. I’ve been going to mine for 2 years and last night there was only a handful I recognised coz we have so many new members. They can be a bit cliquey. Get what you want from it for you and don’t worry about the rest.

At last, some progress - reporting in this week with -3.5lbs .
If I could do that every week I'd achieve my target for the challenge.
Back later.

Id a funsize crunchie last night, that's my chocolate allowance for the week. Its happening once a week only on a Thursday til I get to target.
The more I have it the more I want it, its terrible I'm better off off it, same goes for bread.0 -
Beg I know me hankering for some grapes!! Practically unheard of in the last year but there I was refusing choc in the name of grapes
Selement - welcome I've been at my group for nearly 18months now - however I've recently made an effort to start to talk to some of the newer members as I know myself it can be quite a cliquey group so trying to combat that - plus I'm quite nosey and find it motivating to have people ask me about events I have coming up so is hope it would work in return for them
Crabapple - dechox looks amazing however I think I'd be setting myself up for a fall theretelling Mildredd no means Mildredd wants it a million times more
I've just been sat having a quiet coffee - minis in nursery so thought is update my little life goals thing I have - I like to set myself challenges
So 2013 I joined sw, 2014 I stayed with sw (didn't lose like I wanted to as I was quite ill) put myself back on the dating scene, 2015 this year I'll stick with sw and get there AND learn to drive. 2016 sw still - will complete a sky dive and either return to work or retrain as something new just unsure as what yet though....Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb
