Pleased the meeting went well for you Mildredd. Hope you and boy make up soon. Stomach shrinking must be a good thing surely. Could it be that you were just chewed to bits with stuff that is going on. Look after yourself.

    3 syns per packet Sal.
You are still within daily syns so it's fine. Good luck and welcome x

I find the flavour in Ainsley's couscous a bit overpowering and as one packet isn't enough for me and DH I mix it with 100g of plain couscous (which is free) and count it as 1 syn for the portion I eat.

    LL :)

P.s. I'm an eggy bread virgin! Am I missing out on a treat? Doesn't it have sugar on it?

Jocks “Love pancakes, but I'm on my own this year as family are away so there is almost no chance I'll remember its pancake day or have the ingredients”
Sorry I hate to say it but you are definitely a man lol :rotfl:

How you feel about your target is exactly how I felt about setting mine, I had no idea either because I had never been a slim adult. At one stage it was nearly I wanted to see how skinny I could get - which was a bit wrong but I’ve moved past that now. You’ll no when you get there. Sadly for me I still have a bit of a belly, that’s just my shape it will always be there but I try and do the best I can with it with exercise and toning etc, I’ve even grown to love the silly thing its part of me. I could probably keep going and look very gaunt in the face and skeletal nd shift a bit more of the belly but the face wins ! I have very slim arms and legs and no bum so the belly really is my only issue. Whatever you do you’ll know when your there though it may take a while, deciding on a target can be one of the most difficult aspects of losing weight. I was one of those women lol, I lost 6 stone wanted 7 stone, got to 6 stone 8 and stuck around that for months upon end. When you stop getting big losses and your body settles down into maintenance it can definetley seem not as exciting and the appeal defineltey lessens and it can be hard to keep your motivation and drive for it all but I'm sure you will work it all out it just takes a while to realise where exactly you want to be with it.

Hope you are feeling better soon Counting Pennies, laughing at the child friendly meals for DH!!! :rotfl:
Your wedding sounds nice Maman with a night away! Is that when the Size 8 dress gets its outing?
A wedding fairly spurs you on BEG, I had my sisters wedding last year to aim for and it was great to be a size 12 Bridesmaid and not the 22 / 24 that I would have been had I not started SW. Most people think that's why I started SW it wasn't at all but it was a nice bonus to be a slim Bridesmaid. I cannot believe you are nearly at your 6 stone already!Where has the time gone???
Valentines Day will probably annoy me this year, just coz its on a Saturday and I’m annoyed with someone right now, if its during the week I can usually ignore it.I think me myself and I will plan on having some nice chocolate!!:happyhear and some non love related films :rotfl:
Crabapple – Sounds nasty, hope you are feeling better soon

Shala, do something with that box of chocs,:naughty: still time to get it given away tell the ruddy thing to stop looking at you at least!! If anything looks at me at all in my house it gets eaten so the things just aren’t allowed in!

Well done Meg, you’ve a bit of eating up to do! What a great feeling that must be!! Did you reset or sticking?
That’s where I intend to be next December in preparation for Christmas and not through the gaining triumph I just have done!
I’m excited to hear how your date goes!

Jellybaby – An Indian Meal with wine should never be refused! :DYou can allegedly get Turkish Delight Options Hot Chocolate? You could give that a whirl for 4 syns, I’ve never seen it mind because in Northern Ireland we get nothing
Lucylastic – Oh dear me at the banana drama !:eek:Nd I thought Butterbean Butterboom was bad last week! I haven’t had a banana this year, I’m not an overly big fan.Sometimes if I’m in my mothers house I’ll swipe one to pass for a meal on the run etc but I never buy them myself. Clearly I'll never hanker after one!!
Welcome SDO, you will def not be lonely here if you can keep up with our chat lol!!
I’d like to announce its been a week since I’ve had chocolate.
Yes sorry, I just felt it was worth announcing ! :rotfl:

Shala- I dreamt about doughnuts last night, bizarre coz I wouldn’t be a fan,but wherever I was I was watching them be made.Mind you the night before I dreamt I was being attacked by my vacuum cleaner. :(Antibiotics is the only possible explanation! Who knows what I have to look forward to tonight! Yes dehydration Thursday is here! : ( Except I’m not dehydrating these Thursdays, I just drink all day and sod it ha ha Tea, Coffee, Juice not Vodka lol Oh btw the work mates were on bakery sausage rolls yesterday, steak pies and cream buns, I ignored them again!
If there was a 06.30 am class somewhere I would be at it, I hate evening weigh in.Once I get to target I’m going to the Saturday morning class 20 miles away once a month or so. Really hoping we both see a loss tonight!! Fingers crossed for us kiddo!!!
Mich – I’m putting it on record, I’ve never tasted Eggy Bread.Re bread in general I’ve had it once this week on Saturday and that’s it!Flip me no chocolate and hardly any bread I’ve had a great week and that better translate on these flippin scales tonight!

Only read the last few posts so need to catch up but lantana you do make me smile:) you always come across so positive and motivated (even if you don't feel it!!) and I like your writing style, we must have the same sense of humour:D

Anyway, happy to report the Turkish Delight did not get consumed last night. More to do with my mother turning up unexpectedly than my halo glowing. She came bearing coconut sponge ball things the size of footballs?!! I'm 50 years of age and she still doesn't remember her daughter hates coconut!

    Food today is -

Breakfast - 2 x toast (HEXB) with light chive Philly (HEXA)
Lunch - lo roast ham, HUGE salad with gherkins, beetroot and pickled onions. Mullerlight and satsumas
Dinner - Savoury rice with SW stuffed romano peppers

Never made the peppers before so looking forward to them.

    Take care all x
