Evening guys
Checking in with another whopping -0.5lb for this week, but as long as it's off and not on I'll not be complaining! Thank you for the chart Shala.
Well done to everyone who has had a good week so far.
I had 6/7 pages to catch up on after not being on for a few days so I am most likely to miss out some things but here goes...
TIE feel better soon
b_e_g belated birthday wishes, hope you had a lovely day. On the Great White bread chat, I've tried it and it was dead on. Not sure how it can have more fibre than some wholemeal bread but not be classed as a HEB so I'm gonna take the view that every once in a while it'd prob be ok.
crabapple glad to read that your 1st day back at work after mat leave wasn't too bad. Shame about your back playing up, I hope it eases for you soon
lantanna I might have a wee pancake or 2 with some sugar on. That white crusty bap sounds glorious, but my current hankering is for a sandwich made from Irwins brown plain bread, a bit of marg & a full packet of either Tayto cheese & onion or Spring onion - lush. I forget about it then the Irwins ads pop up during Rarebreed and puts the notion on me again. Will treat myself to it when I reach a mini target I think
Hugs to anyone who could do with one & welcome to any new folk0 -

Welcome Sal and SDO  SDO thank you for your lovely post but I only copied and pasted that information on to the first post
I shan't take credit for it.. I think it was the lovely Consultant who posted it originally..
Well a really unpleasant day at work means I want to turn to food but so far I've managed to stay out the kitchen.. also had to walk past reduced price doughnuts, vanilla crowns and breads in Morris0ns earlierI did poke the doughnuts to see if they were soft and fluffy (they were) but I resisted
5 doughnuts for 25p.. 25P!!!!
I'm with greentiger - I like a nice wholemeal eggy bread  I bought some of that great white a while back and didn't like it..
It's dehydration Thursday tomorrow lantanna :rotfl: ohh I do hate weigh in days... feel so disappointed most weeksMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Welcome SDO and good luck with your SW journey
This thread is wonderful! I've just been thinking about it and I know that the online support here has really helped me. It often gives me a smile, kindness when I need it and always great ideasThank you lovelies!
I caved and bought proper white bread and butter todayThe only plus is rather than buying a large loaf I bought 3 mini baguette things and hubby has eaten half of it. At least I can't keep synning for days
Having beans on toast for tea, then I am going to draw a line under today and get back to SW. I have done so well now is not the time to waste my hard work and give up. My bmi at my peak was 36. Now it's 26
Wow, thats amazing. What a change. You must be so proud of yourself and the changes you have made. Well done you (I hope that doesnt sound patronising).
Everyone here seems so kind, I know im going to enjoy being part of this forumThank you Everyone for making me welcome xx

The Great White isn't counted as HEB because it weighs more than 60g! If you cut the top crust off it comes down to 60g for 2 slices; if you cut all 4 crusts off you can have 3 slices:rotfl: although that's not much good for sandwiches 'cos the filling seems to fall out too easily with no crusts to make a "proper sandwich".

I think I might be going on the naughty step
Checked to see how much Mighty White we had left and the loaf seemed sadly depleated so I thought I had better get that eggy bread before the rest of the loaf disappeared.
Well I know I should have synned it but .......... I still have hexs to have and I dont think I really fancy much else to eat tonight so I am going to class that as hexb just for todayNow what about hexa ...................
So pleased you are enjoying being part of the gang SDO and as for your post sounding patronising - not at all.
Waiting for DS coming in from work to get his uniform washed for tomorrow. Doesn't start til tomorrow afternoon but if I get it washed now it can be drying overnight.

Sounds as though you are talking from experience there Denise :rotfl: I had two slices and chopped a bit off the top - I think it was 2g under the 60g so I classed that as near enough.

I'm putting it on record.. I hate eggy bread! :rotfl:
I was however in bread heaven to discover that 55g of the Rankin Irish soda bread is a heb choice :j it's this one, love it http://instagram.com/p/ymn9NFGjS4/
Good luck for Thurs WI's and welcome SDO :wave:0 -
