Just a thought, but do you think maybe smaller goals would be easier to achieve? I have recently started SW for the 2nd time and this time I have set an interim target at the scales of half a stone lighter than the weight I started with.
As you reach each interim target you can change it for a lower one. you have the advantage then of
a) getting a week or two free while you are on target or up to 3 lbs below and
b) a better sense of achievement as you reach each target.
You could go a stone at a time for instance.
Just a thought![/QUOTE]Debt £10k , HMRC £3K old debt £4k Jan 2021

Hope all goes well back at work Crabapple.
Not finalised my menu yet but its something like this:
B: Brown rice puffs & BD milk. Decaff coffee.
L: not decided yetBraised Chicken, mashed celeriac & swede (2), 4 x veg, gravy(2), 1 tbsp stuffing(2).
S: 2 x DF chocolate. Cocoa
BM: 1 hr Callanetics.
Need to decide on something suitably low syn for lunch.
Thanks to whoever mentioned adding flavouring to quark it gave me the idea of adding flavouring to Blue diamond milk so I get a variety for breakfast. I used to like the Dream rice milk which you could get in vanilla, hazelnut or chocolate flavours but they are far too high in syns. I tried adding vanilla to a carton this morning, decided I liked it but needed a bit more, so got the bottle and added some more only to discover this time I'd picked up peppermint by mistake :rotfl::rotfl: I will have to use it up in tea as I don't fancy a minty breakfast!Weight loss 0/2st
