Hope everything's ok! Can you check the shop for some low syn crisps or some ryvita minis - better than having nothing and getting chips on your way home.. which i'd never do ;)

    Happy Birthday beg

Congratulations on the losses so far this week.

Not feeling hopeful for my weigh in this week as feel really bloated and a sneaky peak on the scales this morning was not looking that great.

However we had the fakeaway tikka masala tonight and it was delicious even if it was just a bit spicy for us, so next time I make it I will miss out the fresh red chilli. Very quick to make too which was great. OH said it was better than any jar curry he had tasted so big thumbs up from us.

Tomorrow is our free February taster night so thinking about taking some hummus and some falafel as I have a couple of tins of chickpeas to use up and have all the ingredients in to make them both.

I'm rather happy today :D:D:D Lost 2.5lbs which brings me just over a stone off :D 15.5lbs to be precise.

I'm doubly happy because its 4 weeks since i started and my first mini target was to see if i could lose 1stone in a month (responsibly of course!

Really motivated now :D.... the size 10/12 dress for my brothers wedding in September is looking more and more realistic :j ... decided to start swimming too which i reckon should help me tone up too :)

How is everyone this evening? Any banter?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

Thank you for all the replys about how much weight usually leads to a drop in dress size. I thought it would be roughly a stone. I find it hard to judge from my clothes as I really only wear dresses so there are no waist bands to loosen :o

Today was another success :D I went into town and made sure I had a big breakfast and packed a pile of SW friendly snacks so I would not be tempted to eat cake! I did get a small skinny latte however I had syns to cover it and it was delicious ;)

I tried the turkey burgers from fopperholics blog and they were amazing! Served with stir fried veg it was one of the tastiest meals I have eaten and all free foods, yum!

Finally I do feel as if I am in the rhythm of things, I just need to be prepared :rotfl:
