  • Happy birthday b_e_g! Glad today was ok crab apple, I remember going back to work after mat leave, I wasn't very confident and it was a bit daunting at first but before I knew it was like I hadn't had a break at all.
well done jpscloud and all the other losers. Am not expecting a big loss this week after such a good one last week, but will be happy with any loss this time.

Oooh fancying a crunchie now

The ones Poundland sell are 7.5 syns each, they're really good as they're pretty substantial, use half my syns and prevent me eating a second one as they're pretty big, whereas when I was eating celebrations it was easy to take a couple more, etc.

    Hellooooo!!!

Haven't been online since 25th :eek: And i simply dont feel up to reading 19 pages catch up. So sorry!! Been quite poorly again, and in hospital. But i'm on the mend now! Managed to lose -1lb last week Shala if its not too late to add. But a +2lb for this week please Shala :o:eek: which is basically down to people buying me get well chocolates and being bedbound so no exercise done at all! Class isn't till tonight but I won't be going so got weighed at hospital before I left, hence I know my weight.

Will get back on plan tomorrow (need to do a online shop, house is full of child friendly meals that DH can make while i'm unwell).

Hope everyone is well. I will try and catch up at some point.

    CP xx

It isn't worth the money in my opinion..

It takes 10 minutes to make the icecream, 10 minutes of constant stirring and scraping.. your arm aches so much that it's hard to pick the spoon up to your mouth! :rotfl:

We'll not bother with that then shala - there again could all that stirring be classed as BM ;)

Happy Birthday Blue-eyed-girl! Have a great day, treat yourself to something nice and don't feel guilty. :D

    LL:)

Thanks Lois and everyone for all the birthday messages. Had a lovely day with DH and then best friend joined us for a meal last night with a few drinkies. A big line has been drawn and hopefully I am back on it today. :D

Not going very far from home today so going to try and catch up on lots of jobs that need seeing to (not housework except a bit of hoovering and ironing later).

Will pop in and out through the day.

Crabapple you can’t beat an Americano I live on them! Good choice. I wish I could swap you my Pukka Detox Tea that I am having right now. But I’ve bought and paid for them so I’m drinking them whether I like it or not._pale_

I have Americano when I'm out too and always ask for hot milk as I hate cold coffee. Lots of places give a choice of milk too so easily catered for in HEA. It's almost 2 months to Easter lantanna, you'll be fine.:)

It always amazes me the amount of unhealthy cr*p they sell in hospitals shortie. Hope you didn't end up eating your jumper!:rotfl:

Sorry to hear you've been poorly CP, but it's only a small gain considering. Now time to draw that line.;)

I had this (copied from menu) at the Thai restaurant the other night and it was delicious although the 'fried' probably tells you full of syns.

    PHAD THAI GAI (N)

    Fried Thai noodles with chicken

and bean sprouts, served with chopped leek

    and sweet turnips.

Question: does anyone eat the free Batchelors Noodles? Any good recipes for how to enjoy them low syn or free?

    My EE menu for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: ham, fried LO veg, beetroot
D: smoked cod, cauli cheese, new potatoes
Syns: squirt of syrup, cheese sauce

Not the best idea to have cheese sauce on a HEA heavy day but we had a dusting of snow here overnight (very pretty) so porage seemed like a good idea at the time.
