Looks like pride comes just before a day of endless snacking
I don't know what triggered it as I had the same balance of food as usual and then since dinner all I have done is snack. Hopefully back on track tomorrow, I have packed a large lunch to see if that helps.
Congratulations to slimmer of the week, those hitting targets and all the losers :jTaking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Crabapple you can’t beat an Americano I live on them! Good choice.I wish I could swap you my Pukka Detox Tea that I am having right now.But I’ve bought and paid for them so I’m drinking them whether I like it or not._pale_

Oh bless lantana I am never going to be hankering for a banana when theres a crusty roll with butter ham and mustard and cheese and onion crisps on offer, how many syns do we need to bank for that?
I got a real shock tonight at weigh in -4lbs which means I am now under target and had to decide whether to put some back on or reset to 9.1/2 stone. I know why I have lost this weight, on Friday I got a message from the man I have been online with every day and sometimes twice a day since before Christmas is coming back to uk and would like to meet on Valentines day, afternoon tea with homemade creamcakes and a three course dinner by a log fire, don't think I have eaten much since Friday lol so much want it but scared. anyway Meg is putting her sensible head on and what will be will be,Slimming World at target0 -

Jock and bellkat can knock some off my total if they have some lbs going spare! :rotfl:
Still plodding along here, hoping to see some movement on the scales this week!
Well done on losses and good luck those yet to WI0 -
HI everyone. Just back from fab weekend away. Of course, I ate far too much of all the wrong things - but I did do a lot of walking!
Anyway, back on track tomorrow; just need to sort out some SW friendly shopping.
So far tomorrow will be:
Breakfast: hexb salty porridge made with water
Lunch: to be decided - I have hosp appointment at lunch time, so I'll need to work round that.
Dinner:something with chicken, cos that's what I've put out to defrost
I've skim read the thread, but there is too much for me to make individual comments. Most importantly, however, hugs to everyone who is having a hard time just now, whether health wise or in their personal life. Well done if you've managed to stick to the one true path and have seen losses (or targets achieved). STS folks and gainers, we will get there if we follow their examples.

Not the best for my second WI, but I know I went away for the weekend and ate loads of rubbishplus it's that TOTM. Half a pound isn't great, but glad I didn't do any worse!

Good Morning everyone! Hope you are all keeping warm! I had to go for a hospital appointment yesterday so went for an evening class for my weigh in, instead of my morning one.
I've gained 3 lbs. Hope it's because it was later in the day! Back to normal time next week!
I'm sorry I don't post much, but things move so quickly on here! I do read them all though :-))When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
