Morning...
Beanie, Rummer - fabulous losses ladies!! Amazing inspiration!:T:T:Ti've a feeling I missed someone else so to everyone who's had a loss this week :T:T and to everyone who's STS or put on, tomorrow is a new day/new week.. Keep going:D
OH has kippers for his breakfast today _pale_ so I probably won't eat much cos they make me feel sick :rotfl: but I'll try..
B - melon, yogurt, choc shot (0.5)
L - egg muffin things, salad, pickles
T - burger, chips, wholemeal roll (heb) cheese (hea) salad, corn
S - crisps (4.5)
I'm going to go through my wardrobe later and see if I have anything suitable for our afternoon tea on Friday, if not I'm going to have to go shopping  my trousers and jeans are all hanging off me (I always lose weight on my bum and thighs first) but I don't think I've changed sizes waist wise..
I fancy some skinny jeans or leggings Tweets.. But I've never worn tight stuff before so I don't think I'd feel comfortable
Ohh for some inspiration.. Shortie, shall we go shopping together and be each other personal shopper :rotfl: save you booking the Debenhams lady!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Congratulation Beanie - that's a brilliant loss:j. Well done to all the losers this week. And to all the STS and gainers this week, as Beanie would say, keep on plodding!
Another EE day today:
B - bacon, egg & mushrooms
L - ham salad sandwich
D - no idea as going to a dinner/dance and not seen a menu - it's DH's "Xmas" do, LOL - better late than never!
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - wine! plus whatever is in tonight's dinner; although hoping it's a roast as should be fairly low.

as Beanie would say, keep on plodding!
And just look where it got her!!:D:rotfl:
Hope you have a good evening denise. We're off out this evening but there's some walking involved so I'm trying to think smart for the restaurant but with comfy feet.
:T on the new leggings tweets. That's a NSV and :money:. Result!!
I'm always afraid that jeggings/skinnies/leggings make my thighs look fat as that's (sadly) where any gain goes first.:o
MY EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not sure, maybe soup or a JPout for Thai meal.
Syns: squirt of syrup, weekend wine and then whatever I choose at restaurant.
I've had a look at the website for Thai meals and the low syn options all look boring (broth rather than spring rolls or samosas anyone???). I think I'll just have whatever I fancy and then rein back over the next few days.0 -
Some fab losses rolling in so well done to all :j
I think (hope) I am over the need to snack on every last thing I can fnid in the house4 days to put it right, including a trip out for lunch tomorrow. There's a lush pasta dish where we are going which is probably syn laden in the sauce but I reckon if I avoid the garlic bread it won't be horrific.
I'm not looking forward to going back to work Monday for many reasons (it's going to be a shocker after nearly a year off for starters!) but at least if I prep well and take healthy lunch and food to snack on I won't have the option of heading to the cupboard for c**p. However, if I don't take good stuff then there are loads of shops and stands selling things I shouldn't eat...
I've been dyeing my hair this morning. Dyed it red when I went on mat leave and have attempted to dye it back to natural(ish) brown (without my natural grey highlights). Can't dry it off at the moment so still waiting to see what shade it's actually ended up :rotfl:

this is my issue with leggings maman... I'm really conscious of how big the area just above my knees looks..
Well happy days for me, my wardrobe shopping came in with a bountiful supply of new clothes - 3 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of work trousers, a couple of tops and a pair of knee high boots now fit. :T:T:T
I wasn't going to bother trying the size 14's on as I just thought there wasn't any point BUT something changed my mind and I did it anyway and found a pair of sainsbugs jeans that fit :j:j:j
The others are probably an inch away from doing up but they're from Next so I knew they wouldn't.
I now have an outfit for afternoon tea for £0:money:.. jeans, a lovely red herring top with butterflies on it and my little grey cardy, topped off with the boots (not forgetting the shapewear underneath)
It was one of my goals to get into a pair of jeans with boots so well excited that I can - now my goal is to feel comfortable wearing it and not care what other people think!!!
Just had lunch which was lovely..
Egg & ham muffins - with roast BNS, onion chutney and cheese
Crabapple, just think of all the lovely compliments you'll get when you go back xx
maman - enjoy your Thai mealMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Woo Hoo tweets definitely a NSV :T:j:T:j
I have picked up some thermal tights this morning from Lidl (shared with friend as they were 2 for £5). I think they are 60 den and I got them to use under leggings/jeans for a bit of added warmth so save me wearing socks. I have trouble with the tops of socks digging into legs and the 'no dig in' variety I have tried all keep coming down. So when I go out later I am going to give them a go.
Ds-i-l contacted DH this morning to ask him if I would like a hairdressing voucher for b'day - he has told her that it would be lovely or suggested a voucher to be used on clothes as I keep looking a stuff - do I:rotfl:
Got rid of a couple of bits of clothes on fleabay last week so will try to put the funds to one side to be spent maybe in the spring to buy a new pieces.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Hey ladies and gents? Hows your weekend so far? Seen some very good losses! Well done folks!!!
Sorry i havent been around the last few days, wasnt feeling the greatest at all... had a dizzy headache from tues and according to girls in work looked very pallid. ... but twelve hours of sleep last night and i feel better in comparison to what i was.
Last monday was a STS weigh in... little gutted but its understandable since the boss insisted we went out for lunch fwice that week - the restaurant we went to didnt do healthy options so i had to pick the best of a bad bunch. im just glad it didnt end up with me having gain because of itI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -
